The pants received are torn, didn't notice the tear until I wore them and it was pointed out as it is in the back. They are knitted so I large run in them and a hole at the top and bottom. Due to the nice weather I didn't wear them until after the 14days, refused to do anything about it. Can't even repair them. Will not shop there again.

Null Qualität, die Artikel sehen überhaupt nicht aus wie die Fotos auf der Böhme-Website. Das Paket wird direkt aus China geliefert.

Wenn die Ware nicht passt muss man sie nach China zurückschicken.

Ich hätte die Kommentare lesen sollen, bevor ich bestellt habe. Was ich von nun an auch bei anderen Seiten tun werde.

Null Qualität, Artikel hat farblich keine annährende Ähnlichkeit wie auf der Internetseite von Böhme. Paket (ca. nach 6 Wochen geliefert) wird direkt aus China zugestellt, kein Lieferschein. Werde versuchen, per Mail mit Böhme Kontakt aufzunehmen, um das Paket zurückzuschicken. Die Hoffnung auf eine Antwort haltet sich jedoch sehr gering.

I am looking to return two dresses that I purchased. Both are XL, one dress is way too big and the other is way too tight. I’ve asked if I could return them. They’re telling me if I send them more money they’ll send me new dresses, 2 x $22.15. I would just like to return the dresses and get the right sizes, but I’m not paying for shipping. That’s not my problem. I will not be making future purchases.

Billige Chinaware, ganz schlechte Qualität (schiefe Nähte, billiger Polyester Stoff). In den sog. Richtlinien auf der Webseite wurde angegeben, dass Änderungen einer Bestellung innerhalb von 12 Stunden möglich seien, was aber so nicht stimmte. Es antwortet vom "Kundendienst" eine sog. "Eva", mal auf Deutsch, mal auf Englisch - ohne Telefonnummer, aber die Antworten sind vorgefertigt und am Ende bleibt man auf der Billigware sitzen, die man alle in den Müll werfen kann. VON EINER BESTELLUNG RATE ICH VEHEMENT AB!

Sometimes there is a sparsity of staff, but overall good service. Nice helpful people. Great products, mostly geared to younger women, but I still manage to find a treasure most visits.

The dress is adorable! Got many compliments. I bought a large and did take in the sides under my armpits because there was a loose gap. Other than that I really love it.

I've only ordered one item from Böhme, the Amanda tiered dress in a darker green, and I was very impressed with the heavier type rayon fabric. The dress is made very well and I plan to purchase from this company again, and recommend them as well. Very pleased ☺️

Your employees at the Farmington Utah store were incredibly rude. No one welcomed me, acknowledged me, asked if I needed a dressing room. After trying a few things on, I bought a sweatshirt and had to listen to them talking to each other and complaining about working there and the employees there. They were trash talking my religion and I felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to get out if there. Worst shopping experience!

I emailed you guys and have called and no one gets back to me. Regarding my order. You guys are asking for a review for an order I’ve never received. Can someone get back to me and let me know where it’s at or the order number.

Absolute crap and I would never purchase from them. The quality of the product is poor and made oversees. I am very disappointed. The “summer” sundress which took three weeks to arrive was 100 % polyester!! Be very careful shopping on the site as they don’t tell you what the fabric is. I have read some nightmares regarding returns so I won’t even try but will never order again.

There is such a variety of great selection. The clothing is stylish, up to date, lots of choices all of the time. My only complaint would be that sizes vary too widely. That stops me from shopping online for their stuff, but not from shopping in store. Also, they seem to have a lot if employee turnover so I wonder if they don’t treat their employees well, but the girls are always friendly and they are helpful when needed.
