Tom is a very professional engineer who arrives on time, is very efficient and clean when working and is always aware of where he is working and cleans up at the end of the job. Will continue to use Tom in the future.

W had a new boiler fitted just over 2 years ago. Tom of B C was the installer and gave very good advice on the type of boiler to replace our old one i.e. with preference for a standard type with hot water storage tank: which best suits our needs. Very accommodating with our additional modifications and the system has been operating perfectly. Very clean installation and the servicing since installation has been excellent.
Would be pleased to recommend BoilerCraft to anyone.

I made the booking and was provided with a time and date for the service to my boiler and the replacement of a radiator valve.
I was kept informed of my appointment and received a message 30 minutes before the appointment time to say that Tom was on his way.

It was so easy to book a slot that suited me. Tom turned up exactly on time and was courteous and knowledgable. My boiler needed a service and he even identified and fixed a small leak on one of my radiators free of charge!
