Terrible experience with Bonafide.

The leggings were see-through, and the sizing chart is inaccurate, so the fit was completely off.

I returned two items and paid for international shipping myself. The refund they issued is lower than the value of the returned items, and part of the charges was withheld without any clear explanation.

Their Return Policy does not mention anywhere that duties or taxes are non-refundable.

I contacted support, but they are not responding.

Lack of transparency and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with Bona…

I am extremely disappointed with Bona Fide. I returned my order (Order #39150) weeks ago. According to the tracking information, the package was successfully delivered to their warehouse on Friday, 03/06/2026, but I still haven't received my refund.
I have reached out to their customer support multiple times, but they are either ignoring my emails or providing no clear update. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money after the goods have been returned and received.
If you value your money and time, stay away. I am now forced to start a chargeback process with my bank to get my funds back.

I would not recommend autoship with Bonafide

I would not recommend autoship with this company. You do not get a heads up from the company that autoship will be occuring in X amount of days as some other companies by letting you know ahead of time. I saw the email and I immediately called to cancel. I had forgotten about the autoship. Carrie was able to cancel the autoship but not my order. I called at 8 in the morning - not sure why they couldn't stop the process. I just read that you have 14 days to return your order, but only from the day it SHIPS, not from when it arrives. This gives you even less time to return for a refund. I told her it will be a hassle as this money is being taken from my HSA. She still was unable to help. I did have a blood clot last year and my doctor recommended that I stop all vitamins and supplements. I totally forgot that I had autopay. It would be helpful if Bonafide did better for women.

Impossible to return products

While the site advertises free 30 day returns and a return portal, once you submit something for return you get an 'under review' message saying you will be emailed further instructions. But no email follows, and no one is monitoring and responding to the support AT bonafide.us email address. This is terrible customer service, I would not recommend buying online from this company.

I placed an order for a sports overall…

I placed an order for a sports overall online from your website and paid extra for fast shipping within one week, expecting my product on time. Unfortunately, I have not received anything so far. I contacted you and was offered either a refund or a new product. I requested the refund, but it has also not been processed yet. I am very disappointed with this service.

The products are great

The products are great — not bad quality and they look quite nice. I didn’t get the chance to assess how durable they are, as the size didn’t fit me.
I ordered a size S, which usually fits me in most brands, but this one turned out to be too small. This company doesn’t offer an automatic return or exchange option — you have to wait until they contact you to confirm the return.

So, I reached out to the company four times: twice through the standard return form and twice via their official email, but I still haven’t received any response.
As a result, I’m unable to return the item, which is not legal. I placed the order on 12 September and received the parcel on 4 October.

I do not recommend their customer service or the brand itself — because if you have any issues with your order, you’ll be left dealing with the problem on your own, despite having paid for the product.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

I reached out to Bonafide in June 2025 to cancel my subscription. On 8/1/25, I was charged 141. for an order I did not place. When I reached out to customer support, and forwarded them the email, they told me that before I cancelled, a new subscription was made in May 2025. And this is why I was charged. Confused? Me too. When I emailed in June, I was assured that the subscription was cancelled. When I was charged again, I was told I could send the item back and get charged a restocking fee!!! But I didn’t order it. They will not budge, and needless to say, I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and contacting my bank to block them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT ORDER FROM THEM! These are dirty business practices. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible customer service, not reputable

I want to return things and I never received an item that I ordered. I got one response about returns, without any actual help given, and then no response again. Emailed 3x about missing item in mail.

Sizing runs small. I'm a usual L, ordered L, too tight.

very nice bodysuits and cooperative customer service in the end

The body itself is very pretty but the customer service / company is horrible and not customer friendly. The body was to small / tight and I asked for an exchange, they promised me they will send a new one if I sent the body back. I payed 25€!! on my own behalf to send it back and in the end they said they will not send me anything back. They basically ripped me off my 120€ + 25€ additional shipping costs :) no new body, no refund, great.

Update: They agreed to send me one back in another size in the end, even tho i asked for an M size, they sent S but it’s fine it fits just right. Thanks again for cooperating ♥️

Great products, horrible customer service

I love this brand and their products. I usually order through Amazon but they had a new collection (only available on their site) so I placed an order for a zip up and some leggings. I received the wrong item for the leggings. I quickly emailed customer service. They asked for photos and a few days later sent me a return label, they said they would ship me the correct items as soon as the return was scanned. The return was received but it took me emailing them 3 times for them to reply saying the item I ordered is out of stock and they would issue me a refund. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my refund or the correct item. Beware buying from this website !

Be careful ordering from this company. I had ordered a M and the sent me and XS (I sent them proof)… they immediately gave me a shipping label to return it which is great… I packed it and shipped it and they lied about receiving it. (They said they didn’t receive the item) I literally have the weight of the box to prove the item was in there plus the tracking said it had been delivered to the proper address lol. But they refused to give me a refund or even exchange/send me the correct size that I had ordered.
But other than that the sportswear is great quality and comfortable, never see through, completely squat proof, great for any kind of activity and compliments the body very well. That’s why I wouldn’t give it only one star… It really is too bad that I can’t trust the integrity of bonafide. I bought a lot of items from this company and was planning to buy more but this was a disappointment. But now I’ll be switching to Fitrun from now on as they have great integrity and customer service and I’ve never had any issues from them and their sportswear is just as amazing if not better.
