Don’t order on this website !!
I ordered 3 bracelets, all the bracelet was broken 3 weeks after.
I asked for a reimbursement but they don’t want. It’s a big shame !!!

Do not order from here. Scam website. Ordered a necklace that looked nothing like the photo. All I got was a snarky email saying they had no information on what happened other than the necklace was obviously not from their website. Never refunded me, I had to chargeback on my credit card to resolve.

Calidad mediocre (boulad gold) e indignante el trato recibido por su parte. Poco o nada resolutivos y sin ningun interés.

I ordered from Bonai Madrid, but have never received my jewellery. I got en empty package and when I contacted the shop they said I should contact the carrier. The carrier said its seller’s responsibility. So they just forwarded me to each other and did not try to find any solution. 90 euro flushed in the toilet. Will never order from them again.

I’ve bought various accessories from BONAI many times and have always been really happy with the quality. Recently, one of my earrings broke, and I sent an email requesting a replacement. I didn’t receive a reply for a week and thought it was a shame. I was considering stopping my purchases, even though I truly enjoy their style and quality before.

But then they replied and sent me a new set of earrings for free. So now, I can confidently recommend BONAI and will definitely continue shopping with them.

Hi, as I do not get any answer via e-mail I try to contact you over here: I ordered one of your products but GLS was not able to deliver it to my house and it was sent back to you. It is back at your adress since Aug 5, 24 but I did not get my money back, 14 days refund time according to your web page are ove. Please refund the purchase price immediately to my initial payment method!!!!
