I should have read the reviews first before ordering. Ordered a brown pair of sandels and received black. Tried to send photos to company and somehow unable to load and respond to the company and share photos. It took about 3 weeks for delivery and they were in a bag, not a box!

Ordered shoes and they came and were about 3 sizes too small. Emailed to return and they responded with a link and when I tried to return they auto responded with a 30% discount and when I responded they were too small they sent another link to return them and they wanted to charge me $11 to ship them and a 20% restocking fee. I then still tried to return them but they came up “non-returnable”. Horrible quality. Total scam.

Shoes don’t look as advertised and look cheap. Tried returning but they have you pay for shipping plus a 25% restocking fee. Would not recommend at all.

I bought shoes that were supposed to be all leather, but they turned out to be part leather and part plastic!

I ordered the flat hat for men that looks like it is made of natural fiber in the photos. It is a woven synthetic material, much cheaper looking than the photos. The hat looks like it has structural integrity, would retain its shape but in reality it lays flat and limp. Received my order in 14 days. Won't buy there again.

The product is very low quality and does not match the hype they given on their advertisement. The shoes don't have a brand name printed on them. The leather mules which was delivered is not of leather, it is made of foam fabric. I made the mistake by ordering three pairs of shoes with out reading the reviews. I had cancelled an order after few mins of ordering and got a mail confirmation that order is sent for cancellation, but later that got delivered and now they are asking me to pay restock charges which is ridiculous. Their refund policy is the worst I have seen so far. It's a daylight robbery to charge 25% restock fees. I don't suggest anyone to purchase from this website.

Very poor quality shoes. They are nothing like the advertisement! These are the worst looking shoes I have ever purchased.

Ordered two caps for adult. Wouldn’t fit a 10 year old child they were so small. Never again.

The customer needs to pay the shipping fee for the return and besides of that they keep 25% from the original payment as a return fee!! Miserable!!!!!

Don't just stay away from this company—run as fast as you can.

They advertised slim-fit pants but sent me two pairs of oversized, outdated-looking pants that were nothing like what was shown on their website. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a full refund even though they sent the wrong items.

Instead, they offered a discount on a future purchase—as if I would ever order from them again—or a refund that required me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. That would make sense if I had simply changed my mind or ordered the wrong size, but this was not the product I purchased.

A company should be held accountable when it ships completely different merchandise than what was advertised. Because of their refusal to resolve this matter fairly, I will be filing disputes with my bank and submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies.

Consumers deserve honest advertising and fair business practices. Companies like this need to do better.

These are the UGLIEST shoes that I have ever seen. Do not look like the picture from where I ordered them. And they are too small.

They claim to give free shipping on orders over $100. They lie. They told me to go ahead and pay the shipping charge and they would refund the amount. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Got an ad on instagram and the shoes look nothing like the image. Classic bait and switch. The quality is terrible. They then charge 25% to return. Highly recommend never using this company. Scam.

I was ordering shoes for groomsmen at a wedding. the shoes show up and they are really poor quality. I asked for a return and there is a 25% restocking fee on returns + Shipping cots. Poor customer service, Poor quality, and a high price initially.

There were some issues that caused a delay but the customer service was very responsive. The shoes were pretty much as advertised. Given the price I would say they are a good value.

While I like the range of styles on the website, the sunglasses I ordered took over two weeks to arrive and within two weeks of limited day-to-day wear the frame had cracked causing the lens to fall out. While this isn't a premium brand by any means, you would expect some level of product quality which this falls well short of the mark for. I contacted customer service who informed me the product was out of the 30 day returns window (but still withint 30 days of delivery given the delays) and such wear & tear didn't fall within their policies therefore are unwilling to provide a refund or replacement product. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this brand if you want quicker delivery and an expected level of product quality.

They never delivered my order and had the wrong shipping address and told me that they were not going to refund me.
