We had a great conversation with our insurance agent who set us up with bond exchange at a quote of 360 dollars. Could not process payment on the phone was sent the link to do it online with our agent still on the phone. Went through the whole process never seeing an amount on the screen so we figured it was the 360 dollar we were quoted and processed payment then a screen came up that said usually bonds are automatically issued but some additional work is needed to complete. First thing the next morning we get an email saying it had went through. We opened the email to find out we were charged 1138 dollars, quite the difference there folks!! Not happy about the boding company’s way of conducting business pretty dishonest and cut throat if you ask me. Our insurance agent Danny has been awesome from the start and is currently working on getting our case reviewed hopefully more people don’t have the same issue

Thank you for your review and for alerting us to this issue. We have been in touch with your agent Danny and in the off change he hasn't touched base with you as of yet I wanted to let you know we are working on a resolution to this problem. Ultimately, the premium quoted should match up to the premium charged and I am working to find the root cause as to why that wasn't the case.

I will be back in touch with you and Danny before the end of the day.

I have been using Bond Exchange for…

I have been using Bond Exchange for about 3 years or more and truly appreciate the ease of the process. As an agent we get quirky request and these are not always one of our loyal/long term customers. With bond exchange they think I treat them just like my long time customers. It is a great asset to what I do. Thank you Bond Exchange
