Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been unsatisfactory due to a fault. I have tried contacting the company multiple times without success.

Don’t buy this product. It’s nothing like the ads. It doesn’t even come with the advertised gift box, and the actual product feels incredibly cheap. The Bondi Babes logo is literally just a sticker stuck onto a generic item, and mine started came off immediately.

The motor is loud and sounds cheap, my hair got stuck in the suction, and it doesn’t wrap or style hair as shown in the videos. If you want the exact same product, save your money and buy it from AliExpress for around $39 with free shipping instead of paying a premium for a rebranded version.

The customer service is just as disappointing. I requested a refund nearly two weeks ago and still haven’t received a proper response. My return is packed and ready, but they continue to ignore me.

Based on my experience, this product is misleadingly advertised, poor quality, and not worth the money. So disappointed!

Perfect for travel because it genuinely replaces multiple tools. So much more convenient than packing everything separately.

The dryer attachment is really powerful and dries my hair quickly without leaving it feeling damaged or dry.

I purchased the bondibabes styler after reading reviews. I wish this site came up when I was searching as it seems at the time you can only find 5 star reviews with a few 1 star.
This product does not do as it shows in all their advertising, nor do they honour the "Try it for 60 days, love it or your money back guarantee". Once you have tried it, hate it and request a refund, they reply "Due to their hygiene policy they cannot refund used items".

I do not believe they are an Australian company which ships directly from their Australian warehouse. My product was shipped from China.

I have also noted since purchasing, all the reviews on their website are 5 star. This appears to be because there is no way of posting your own review on the website.
The reviews on any platform advertising this product are all positive and are from the same people. I didn't realise this while before purchasing. This leads me to believe the owners are posting all positive reviews to inflate their sales.

I have also put in a complaint to NSW Fair Trade requesting a full refund from this bogus company.

Not bad at all, though I wish it heated up a little faster. Once it's up to temperature it works really well.

I purchased this hair styling tool based on the advertised features and the company’s 60-day “try and love it or your money back” guarantee. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

The product feels cheaply made and lacks the quality I expected. During use, it produces a burning smell and makes a loud squealing noise. It is not very powerful and does not have adjustable heat settings, which significantly limits its usability. Overall, I found the product ineffective and poor quality.

My experience with customer service was equally disappointing. Despite the advertised 60-day money-back guarantee, I was informed that the product could not be returned because it had been used. In my view, this makes the “try and love it” guarantee misleading, as it is impossible to properly assess a hair styling tool without using it.

I also discovered that the business is not actually Australian-based as implied and that products are shipped from China.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or company. I am lodging a complaint with the ACCC regarding concerns about the advertised return policy and business representations.

Cheap and nasty! It had a Strong electrical burning smell and you can bet it will damage your hair! The styler is also a class 2 elecrical item which requires it to be tagged to legally sell in australia which it wasnt. Only buy if you want to burn your hair or house down. The 'the 60 day hassle free return' is an absolute SCAM! 30 emails later requesting a refund, they accept the posted return and run away with all your money!

The straightener brush attachment is surprisingly effective. Gets my hair smooth and straight really quickly.

My hair gets so much volume without any frizz. I'm really happy I made this purchase.

It does absolutely everything I need in one tool. My bathroom counter is finally clutter-free.

Switching between attachments is so easy and the whole thing is really lightweight. My arms don't get tired anymore.

Dont waste your time. The product isn’t very good and don’t be fooled by the money back guarantee because it’s only if you have tried to the product, which is stupid because how do you know if it’s effective or not if you don’t try it.
