Since i had good experience from this site i figured it was a 'no brainer' when i was in need of a new bong. Sadly my pre-cooler was broken on delivery and the bong had a crack in it. I sent an E-mail to the mail listed in the pack on flyers and try to call them but no answer, i even used the contact thru their main site but no answer for 4days. I guess i must forget about a package or money return from this scam site. For all i know they sent it broken, the package looked fine so if not that then badly packed,

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst en na een week niet bezorgd. Ik heb via de web formulier contact opgenomen en een antwoord van de eigenaar ontvangen. Vanwege computer storingen is mijn bestelling wat later bewerkt. Gratis extra producten ook voor de last! Ik ben zeer tevreden dus. Ik zal hier zeker weer bestellen!!

I bought a nice glass bong and my order came packaged in box with a lot of protections. The bong was flawless and I am really happy with my purchase. But what's even better: it came wrapped in 1/0.5m sheet of wonderful, big bubble wrap. The bubbles were about 3cm and are extremely satisfying to pop. They make a loud noise, there's a lot of them and it's very easy to find the ones that haven't been popped yet. It was about 5 min of mindless frenzy that left me very, very satisfied.
This shop has just earned my undying loyalty.
