This store is a scam. Ordered over a month ago and was charged but zero response to inquiries about my order status. Going to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Ordered a shirt on February 25, 2025. Credit card was charged, and received email stating order is processing. But that's it. It's now March 9 and numerous messages to the store, and one in messenger, have gone unanswered. I'm very surprised he would attach his name to a store that obviously scams people.

Ordered a tshirt on November 21. Received a confirmation email that day. But that was it- It’s Dec 10- No shirt and no emails with delivery updates. I’ve sent 2 emails inquiring about my order- have no idea if anyone is actually in the other end? What is going on??

Placed an order on 11/24 and no update after two weeks. I’ve submitted an inquiry and also sent an email with my order number but no response. Very disappointed as I bought numerous holiday gifts. Not counting on getting my merch.

The Dan Bongino store site is terrible. I have been getting an error message regarding shipping address, which is perfectly fine, for 3 weeks and cannot place an order because I never get to the credit card entry box. I have written to them multiple times but have not received a reply or phone call. Surely, I am not the only person having this problem so they are losing a lot of potential businss.

Placed order on 4/16/24 for 2 shirts, credit card was charged for shirts and shipping immediately. Have sent numerous emails & completed web-based “contact “ form inquiring about the order- NO RESPONSE!!!!!! RIP OFF artist
Do not order anything from Dan Bongino!!!

I ordered the wrong size shirt. I sent a few messages to their customer service asking about the exchange policy and never heard anything back. I thought, ok, I'll live with my mistake and buy the correct size. I went back to the site several times over the next few weeks to order, but my size was out of stock. I went online a week ago and it showed my size in stock. I placed my order and received an email from the site yesterday that my order was refunded with no explanation. I sent another message via their site contact asking why my order was refunded and still have not heard back. According to the site my size is in stock, so there is no reason to just refund my purchase without explanation. I like Dan Bongino, but the online store customer service absolutely sucks!

2 out 3 items out of stock and didnt get the Notification until after 3 weeks of PO placed, NG.
