I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with Bonkers Corner.
When my order wasn’t fulfilled properly, instead of taking accountability, the company forced me into accepting a refund in their wallet, which is not a refund at all, but a way to trap customers into spending again. I asked more than ten times for my case to be escalated to a manager, and not once was it acknowledged. All I received for over a month were the same copy-paste responses repeating their “policy,” without anyone actually addressing my concern.
Let me be very clear: this is not transparency, it is exploitation. If Bonkers Corner makes a mistake, they will never return your money. They just keep it, hide behind their “terms and conditions,” and push you to make another purchase. To add insult to injury, they offer meaningless discount coupons, as if that fixes the problem.
I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. A company that ignores its customers, wastes their time, and refuses to take responsibility is not worth supporting.
