Would like to thank bonnypack for sorting out the ticket i got in the carpark, but it would be so much better if there was something to type in your reg as you enter and leave shop and save all this hassle as being a big shop 90 mins is not enough time if you want to take a good look around the shop.

I ordered a few bits of their website and they accidentally sent the wrong item, I contacted them via email and received a response within the hour. They offered to send the correct item (after sending evidence) and allowed me to keep the incorrect one. Excellent service, the products are really affordable and great quality. Will definitely be buying from them in future and recommend them to family and friends.

The item I ordered was not suitable so I returned it for a different model. Bonnypack were very professional and kept in touch with me about the replacement which happened during the Royal Mail strike. The man I spoke to at Bonnypack sent a replacement out 24 hr tracked and I received it the following day in time for Christmas. I would buy from them again.

I bought new bathroom accessories from this store and they arrived pretty fast considering it was Christmas week when I ordered them. They were fragile ceramic items and they were packed really well. I would definitely recommend using this store . The prices were reasonable too.

I bought a set of jugs from these people via OnBuy, the items were defective after 3 months of use.
Tried to talk with them but they refused to acknowledge the issue and just said to talk to the manufacturer.
The Consumer Credit Act 2015 says, 'Within six months of purchase, I can ask for a faulty product to be replaced/repaired then, if that doesn't fit the issue, we can request a refund'

This they have ignored. They have also ignored OnBuy customer Services.

Absolutely love love love this shop. Great delivery service. Amazing prices. Sorted all my Christmas prezzies in this wonderful shop. Very helpful customer service. If I could give them ten stars I would . Thank you so much. Want to add that this is my 3rd order with them. Everything arrived double bubble wrapped and in a box so padded out nothing can move. All in all I’ve had nothing but the absolute best service from this company. I do not believe the fake bad reviews. This company are amazing for selling sending and refunding

This shop is a scam
Beware ... you will be billed £100 for parking in the "free" car park
if you phone them they will just hang up the phone and stop answering it
1 spent over £200 was held up in the que and was 4 minuets 20 seconds over the 90 minuets allowed ( yes they count it in seconds )
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP

The online service works really well, I received a broken item and they sent it back to me without any problem.

Excellent service. I ordered 3 jubilee/union flag, three tier cardboard cake stands. They were dispatched the same day and delivered 2 days later. They are just what I wanted. Plenty of room for lots of savouries and cake for our Jubilee party.

The staff are helpfull and friendly never had a problem with any off them been shopping there for over 15 years

Ordered a small water feature which arrived 2 days later. Product was best price by far from Bonnypack. I love the item in my garden, I’ve added a couple of pond plants and some stones to dress it up a bit, and I love the sound, it’s like a little babbling brook! Only negative was the lead was way too short so had to lengthen it, but this was manufacturer, not Bonnypack. More than happy with the service👍
