The customer service does not reply to…

The customer service does not reply to email messages. I purchased in the store but am having problems with longetivety of the parfum. For €160 I expect it to last at least 5 hours but it simply does not. Very disappointed in not getting any reply from customer service.

Commande ok

J’ai passé une commande lundi.
Réception des parfums jeudi.

J’ai par contre été surprise du statut de la
Commande qui ne bougeait pas lundi, ni mardi. Finalement mardi soir, le statut a changé et a indiqué : préparation de la commande, puis expédition.
(Je n’étais pas rassurée car les commentaires sur les livraisons étaient vraiment négatifs).

Les parfums sont bien emballés ! Tout était ok ! L’odeur est sublime :-)
Je recommande.

This is by far the worst company I have…

This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I got a message that my order was delivered, but I never received my order. I then tried to contact the company twice by e-mail and no one responded. I would highly recommend that you do your online shopping elsewhere!

Arnaque

J'ai passée une commande le 4 fevrier,livrable sous 3 jours ouvrés par colissimo.J'ai consulté le site les jours suivants.Aucun formulaire colissimo affiché!! Pas de colis à l'horizon!Du coup,j'ai essayé le téléphone,10 fois,systématiquement reporté sur un répondeur.Aucune réponse!J'ai envoyé des mails sur leur contact.Aucune réponse!!Conclusion:je ne recevrais jamais ma commande de 75euros.Je pense que je me suis faite arnaquée.Alors faites attention avant de commander chez eux.D'ailleurs ,ça ne les empêche pas d'envoyer des pubs!!Scandaleux!!

Ignoring emails after promising refund!

After my package went missing in transit, Bon Parfumeur promptly responded to me and offered a refund or replacement. Given the proximity to the holiday season, the replacement would not have arrived on time - so I opted for a refund. I responded to their email making this clear. A week passed. I received no response, so followed up, assuming it as an honest mistake. This email was never replied to.

I have emailed three times since and attempted to reach out through multiple other channels - no response. I submitted an anonymous general question from a different email… surprise surprise! The company responded to the other email. This said, they are yet to acknowledge a single one of my communications regarding the missing order for which they promised a refund.

As the postage contract is held between the courier and he who purchased the label (BP), the law in this country states that the company must provide a refund upfront to the customer, and then make a claim which will be assessed by the courier providing they purchased adequate insurance. What Bon Parfumeur have done (or rather, not done) in this instance is illegal.

I will raise a chargeback with my bank and contact the ombudsman to review this matter. Trading should occur in accordance with the law of the land - not to be influenced by a company’s *willingness* to follow through on the promise of a legally due refund.

Would not recommend purchasing direct. Go through a reputable retailer - I am not the first person whom this has happened to.

Je ne sais pas quoi commencer !!!

Je ne sais pas quoi commencer !!!
J'ai commandé un coffret découverte complet des 30 déclinaisons à 140 euros.
Je reçois ma commande et là catastrophe !!!
Je n'arrive pas à ouvrir le coffret...les bouteilles s'étant renversées et bloquant l'ouverture. J'y parviens finalement et là deuxième catastrophe !!! Les bouteilles étaient mal fermées, les parfums se sont vidés dans le coffret. Les étiquettes mal collées en travers du coffret. Bref le chaos total dans le coffret.
Je ne m'inquiète pas, je me dis à ce prix là je vais être prise en charge rapidement.
Eh bien non!!! Il faut croire que je dois être trop dans la magie de Noël. J'essaie dans un premier temps de les contacter par téléphone, je n'y parviens jamais. J'envoie un premier mail, sans réponse. Puis un deuxième...en vain. J'essaie de contacter les boutiques parisiennes, idem.
Au final après plusieurs semaines, je n'ai aucune nouvelle. J'ai dû saisir PayPal et j'attends l'enquête.
C'est une honte! C'est inadmissible !
Une grande enseigne comme celle-là a un suivi clients inexistant et pire aucune considération !!!
Plus jamais je ne commanderai chez eux!!!
Et maintenant c'est à vous que je m'adresse enseigne malveillante et irrespectueuse que vous êtes !!! Vous devriez avoir honte !!! Si peu de considération et de réactivité. Ça en devient de l'escroquerie !!! SHAME!!!

C’était bien partit….
Bonne expérience sur la commande , reçue rapidement , bien emballée …
Mais ça n’était pas les parfums commandés .
J’envoie un premier message , sans réponse .
5 jours plus tard , nouveau message , une réponse qui me demande avec quels parfums je veux échanger et qu’ensuite on m’enverrais un bon de retour. J’ai répondu immédiatement.
Jamais eu de réponse , relancés 4 fois en 1 mois , plus de réponses .
125€ de parfum … que je ne veux pas.
Un scandal.
Ne commandez jamais sur leur site.
Allez en boutique si contrairement à moi vous pouvez.
Leurs parfums sont aussi divins que leur service client est atrocement nul.

Not only you have a racist assistant, but also you trying to cover it up, instead of taking accountability. Honestly it’s a real shame that you are lying. I just expected you would (at least check the cameras) and apologise publicly! Unfortunately you took the wrong route. I’d never buy from you again. Such a racist company!

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE, FRAUD AND MOCKERY!!

Been waiting for a month to get my package.
Has been returned twice because of them, i have been calling, texting, emailing, and NO ANSWER!!!
They stole my money and got nothing in return.
From europe to europe to wait 1 month for a delivery? ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!

The client service is NOTHING. It is horrible, nobody cares or answers, SUCH A SHAME!!!!

I never got my money or package in return.
Such a DISSAPOINTMENT , i love perfumes, but NEVER EVER ordering or telling my friends about this company, needs to be avoided.
SCAMMERS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolute nightmare of customer service


It's been weeks since I'm trying to solve my order problems with this company. My order initially came with the 100ml missing. They were unreachable by phone and mail and didn't call me back when promised. Then, without ever replying to my e-mail, they refunded me. Later, after my comment on IG they sent me a text to which they also didn't give me a follow up. Now, after I had to order my perfume again, it still hasn't arrived even though it's been 2 weeks. With such a terrible customer service it is impossible to trust you with buying such high-end products. My order still hasn't arrived and there is zero communication from your side.

Im still surprised. I do not recommend making any orders with them.

J'ai commandé un parfum sur le site du Bon Parfumeur le 19 décembre 2023. La livraison était prévue pour le 21 décembre, soit avant le 24 décembre.

Le jour de la livraison, j'ai suivi le trajet du livreur sur l'application. Il était prévu qu'il passe chez moi entre 14h36 et 15h36. J'étais à la maison et j'attendais avec impatience la livraison.

À 14h39, j'ai reçu un mail m'indiquant que le livreur m'avait raté. J'étais surpris, car j'étais littéralement devant la porte. J'ai vérifié l'application, et le livreur était en train de livrer un autre colis à une autre adresse.

Le lendemain, j'ai reçu un mail m'indiquant que mon colis était dans un point de retrait. Je n'ai reçu aucune adresse, rien. J'ai dû faire le tour de tous les points retraits aux alentours en vain.

J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter le service client du Bon Parfumeur sans avoir de réponse utile. J'ai finalement réussi à les contacter une semaine après, pour qu'ils me disent enfin où se trouvait mon colis. Il était à plus de 5 km de chez moi.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par le service client du Bon Parfumeur. Je trouve cela scandaleux que le livreur n'ait même pas tenté de me livrer le colis et n'ait donné aucune adresse de point retrait.

Ce colis était le cadeau de Noël de ma mère. Je l'avais commandé spécialement sur le site du Bon Parfumeur car ils assuraient la livraison avant le 24 décembre.

À cause de tout ça, je n'ai pas pu donner le cadeau à ma mère le soir de Noël. Je suis scandalisé par le manque de professionnalisme du Bon Parfumeur.

Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise à quiconque.

Great experience

I have bought the coffret atelier and the experience was flawless, they sent me an email to update me from when they prepare the package to when it's delivered. The parfumes are of great quality and i would suggest anybody to try them.

Such a shame... I should be giving this company a five star review as the product is incredible.
In short, the fragrances are absolutely delicious but the customer service isn't great.
I initially bought fragrance 101 from a boutique. Absolutely beautiful scent. Totally addicted.
I then wanted to share the love and bought the 25 sample scents as a gift for a friend - who loved them.
I then bought two of my friends small gifts ... 2 of their 5 x sample bottle sets:
They arrived minus one of the fabric presentation bags. I would send an email and 2 days later get a response. They advised I'd bought a 10 bottle set - but that isn't even an option in the website!
So, a week later, no closer to them agreeing to send what is advertised in their photographs, I'm having to find my own way to present them nicely. Not great.
