I have not received the correct items…

I have not received the correct items for my order.
I was in contact with you and you told me you would solve this.
Then when nothing happened I have tried to contact you multiple times but with no response.

I have not received the correct watch with the correct brown strap.

My order: ORDER #9702

This is for me unacceptable!

Therefore I will not recomend anyone to buy from Bovier because the dont deliver what you have ordered and payed for!

Aggiornamento della mia situazione per 2 articoli non ancora pervenuti

in data 10/04/2020 ho effettuato un ordine per l'acquisto di due orologi, su di esso c'era scritto che li avrei ricevuti entro 2-5 giorni e in data 16/04/2020 ho ricevuto un messaggio dove mi veniva comunicato che il mio pacco era patito, ma senza che mi indicassero il numero di tracciamento della spedizione, purtroppo ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nessun pacco e di conseguenza nessun articolo ordinato. Da quando ho effettuato l'ordine ho scritto ben 4 e-mail al costomer Service di Bonvier per richiedere informazioni in merito ai miei articoli, ma non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta in merito, oltre ad aver scritto via email ho scritto anche su instagram sul profilo dell'azienda e su Pay pall, ma anche li non ho ricevuto nessun riscontro in merito. Avendo ricevuto questi disservizi, in data 26/04 ho deciso di inviare la quinta email al costomer Service di Bonvier chiedendo il rimborso completo dell'importo pagato, ma non mi è mai arrivata una riposta in merito. In data 30/04 mi è arrivata una mail generica dall'azienda, molto probabilmente inviata tramite newsletter, dove veniva comunicato che a causa del COVID c'erano dei ritardi sulle spedizioni, a questo punto ho risposto a questa e-mail numerose volte (circa 5) chiedendo nuovamente il numero di tracciamento del pacco, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Essendo che in questo sito noto le stese discrepanze negli ordini e in molti scrivono che non gli arrivano i prodotti ho deciso di aprire un reclamo su Paypal chiedendo il rimborso dell'importo totale da me speso per l'acquisto di due orologi.
CONSIGLIO A TUTTE LE PERSONE CHE STANNO AVENDO IL MIO STESSO PROBLEMA DI CHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO QUANTO PRIMA!!!
io credo che un'azienda del genere sia in grado di supportare i propri clienti rispondendo tramite email anche durante l'emergenza del COVID e mi sembra assurdo che in un mese, dopo aver scritto una decina di email, non abbia ricevuto nessuna risposta dell'azienda!!

Habe zwei Uhren, ein Band und die Uhrenbox bestellt. (Expresslieferung 1-2 Tage)
Habe danach gleich ein E-Mail bekommen ... Danke für die Bestellung blablabla...
Zwei Tage später habe ich ein E-Mail bekommen, dass meine Uhren unterwegs sind... ich habe denn angeblichen Lieferanten kontaktiert (UPS), dieser wusste nichts von einer Lieferung!
Ich habe mehrere E-mails geschrieben, habe Ihnen auf Facebook geschrieben (es wurde gelesen) und auf Instagram geschrieben... doch bis heute habe ich keine Antwort von Ihnen.

Ich möchte meine Uhren endlich!!!
Oder mein Geld zurück...

I ordered two watches, a strap and the watch box. (Express delivery 1-2 days)
I immediately received an email ... Thanks for ordering blablabla ...
I received an email two days later that my watches were on the move ... I contacted an alleged supplier (UPS), who knew nothing about a delivery!
I wrote several emails, wrote to you on Facebook (it was read) and wrote to Instagram ... but I still have no answer from you.

I finally want my watches !!!
Or my money back ...

Estimado Michael / Bonvier.
El día 10 de Marzo solicité un pedido de su producto Bonvier con referencia #9832.

El día 6 de abril recibí un correo indicando que habían empezado a procesar el envío y que en un máximo de 24/48h estaría en mi domicilio.

A fecha de este correo, 11 de Mayo de 2020, todavía no he recibido el pedido, habiéndole comunicado por correo en varias ocasiones el retraso que estaba sufriendo y no habiendo obtenido ninguna justificación satisfactoria.

Sirva la presente carta como aviso para indicarles que si en menos de 3 días de la recepción de la misma no he recibido la mercancía (o una justificación adecuada) procederé a ejercer las medidas oportunas por incumplimiento del contrato por su parte.

You will not receive the order

Ordered 2 watches. Received one. I contected them via email and have been mailing with them for last 5 months. They say all the time that my order is being shipped, was shipped, is being dispatched, is being processed at distribution and so on and so on. All in all they did not send me what I ordered. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Hey. 1 month ago i order watch after 1 week i got a deliver with watch packed in PLASTIC BAG with no working hands od the clock. And under it a massage printe in notebook with a message” its a fake watch we will send you a Real in next week. Waiting till today. Don’t buy a watch from Bonvier

Don’t buy a watch from Bonvier! I bought a watch 10 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Also communication is bad! Keep your money and don’t buy Bonvier! It’s a scam..

Also after the reaction at the bottom of this review from Bonvier still no response on emails or social media.. SCAM!!

Update after 6 months;

I still have no watch and there is 0 communication!! They don’t reply on email. Don’t ever order here a watch or something else!

È una cosa imbarazzante che permettano ad aziende così di pubblicizzarsi sui maggiori social.
Ho fatto un ordine #10047 il 11.04.2020 e ho ricevuto un sms in inglese che avvisava l'avvenuta spedizione senza specificare alcun numero di trackingdel corriereUPS! Inutile dire che a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto alcun orologio! Ho inviato diverse mail senza mai ottenere risposta!
In assenza di risposte provvederò a rivolgermi alle autorità competenti.
Assurdo!!!!

Ord. 9955 del 30/03/2020 - Attenzione probabile truffa

Oggi mi hanno mandato una nuova inutile e-mail di scuse dopo quasi una settimana che aspetto l’accredito, poiché l’orologio non lo voglio più. Le e-mail che vi mandano sono messaggi preimpostati che vengono generati automaticamente ed hanno lo stesso format di messaggi già trasmessi anche ad altri da come si può vedere nelle risposte delle segnalazioni. Ho provato a contattarli dappertutto telefonicamente e su fb, ma proprio sui social mi hanno bloccato. Quindi trovatomi alle strette, ho fatto in modo da diffidarli mediante pec, per avere il riaccredito di quanto pagato per esercitare il mio diritto di recesso come previsto dalla Legge ma fino ad adesso niente. Dovete iniziare ad avvisare le autorità competenti della violazione dei tempi di consegna e quanto di sbagliato sia stato rilevato, segnalare quanto accaduto con un’email all’Autorità garante della concorrenza e del mercato, tanto non costa niente. Potremmo fare un gruppo su fb dove possiamo raccontarci le esperienze e condividere idee su un’eventuale class action. Potremmo chiamare il gruppo “quelli della Bonvier”.

Not sure about the quality of products…

Not sure about the quality of products as I have never received anything but worst customer service. Haven't received refund for the order cancelled a month ago. Also no response on email, Instagram or on facebook.
