First time purchasing I bought a bra that turned out to be a bit small. I went to return it and saw €9.95 fee, that's a lot! Then it offered €5 extra store credit and said do you want €23 refund or €37.95 to spend. That sounded like a good deal so I clicked through. I could only shop by category, not search or filter so it took a while to find what I wanted. I found something for €34.95. Then by the checkout I found that I still had to pay the €9.95 fee! So by exchanging instead of returning I would save a grand total if €2. Not the €15 it made it seem I would save. I returned and definitely won't be buying again.

Best underwear i have bought in my life. Mind that i’m 30 years old. Bought one for me and my hubbie to try. Immediately loved the feel of it. I’ve bought more of them in the meanwhile. I wear size S as eu 36 size. Love the bikini model and the higher ones.

Terrible experience. We ordered something in November to ship to the Netherlands, mid December we got an email that it was all on the way and waiting at customs, two weeks later we got an email that half of our order was not available, and late January we got an email letting us know that we won't be getting the clothes and got our money back.

In September we also had to wait about 5 weeks for our delivery to arrive, but at least it came.

It is a pity, because I really like the clothes. I just think you should not advertise that you are shipping to Europe within 3-5 days, since you are based in the UK.

Laat ik positief beginnen, het materiaal van de bh's en het ondergoed voelt fijn en zacht aan. Ik zou anderen aanraden om je gewone maat te bestellen die je altijd neemt. Ik had besteld o.b.v. de maattabel en hiermee alles een maat te klein besteld (ik dacht dat dit merk ruim zou vallen, maar dat is dus niet zo). Onderbroeken en "final sale" items kun je niet ruilen, helaas bleek een van de bh's die ik had besteld een final sale item. Hierdoor uiteindelijk 10 euro betaald om één bh te kunnen ruilen voor een maat groter... Verzending duurde een paar weken, dus houdt ook daar rekening mee.

First of all, excellent quality items! Aside from the fact that it takes forever to get a package to Belgium from the uk due to customs, they ship very quickly. My first order was perfect, so I ordered again. One item was missing. The box was closed so I assumed it was a picking mistake, I contacted customer service. They replied immediately that they would investigate the issue, answered my questions and refunded me for the missing item the following day. Their service is superb! I just wish the uk had stayed in the EU because these customs delays are ridiculous

I ordered twice from Boody, both times in November. Neither of the packages was delivered, and I ended up receiving refunds. I waited over a month for the second package. I would avoid ordering if you do not live in Australia, they have unreliable shipping.

I love this brand sooooo much. Such soft clothing and fits perfectly to the body. Material is sustainable and every single detail of the delivery process they had sustainability in mind. Instead of stickers to show the produt detail they had pins, string and a paper tag. The bag is biodegradable. They send a gorgeous summary of their sustainability impact and they are also BCorp Certified. This company is now in my top favourite brands.

Der Lieferzeitraum wurde nicht eingehalten. Als die Ware verspätet eintraf, entsprach sie nicht den Darstellungen auf den Fotos. Auch stimmt die Größe nicht mit dem Größenguide überein. Das ist umso problematischer, als der Stoff grob und labbrig ist und nicht so fein und anliegend wie auf den Fotos. Auch will das Unternehmen Kunden unrichtigerweise klarmachen, dass Wäsche nicht retourniert werden darf. Auf meine Reklamation über PayPal wurde nicht reagiert. Auf meine E-Mail dann schon. Allerdings versucht das Unternehmen dann wieder die Summe der Refundierung zu reduzieren. Es hält sich also an keine Regeln. ich vermute, dass sich ein chinesisches Unternehmen dahintersteckt. Da die Qualität keineswegs westlichen Ansprüchen gerecht wird und die Produkte wie billigste Wühlkorbware wirken.

Ordered underwear on 6th of December as a Christmas present, here I am on the 31st December and they still have not arrived. Last time I buy from Boody.
I have been pleased with their products in the past but come on they know that there will be a greater demand in December.

Good quality product, prompt and efficient delivery, even over the busy Christmas period!

Bestelling dateert van 28/12 en is nog steeds niet geleverd...

I've been wearing their bras and underwear for years and they are really comfortable. I'm small and they fit and support me well. The fabric is soft. The elastic does eventually give out, but no sooner than other brands which lack their attention to the environment.

This time, there was a lot of unnecessary packaging and labels, some of it plastic, which I was extremely upset about as the biggest reason I buy from them is the eco aspect of it, and the fact they are a B-Corp.

Delivery took a long time (nearly 3 weeks) but I've never had to pay customs fees.

The clothes are very comfortable to wear, soft and retain their shape and colour even after frequent washing.
I am allergic to many fabrics, but not to them.

Further more is the communication with the company very good. Last time, the post had some issues with delivering the package and they were very helpful and kind.

The only thing I would improve is the small selection of colours. In Australia there are bamboo clothes in 1000 colours, why not in Europe?

I have made 3 orders with Boody, and I love all of them.. PJ'S, Underwear, Romper !!
The quality is superb, and shipping is fast !

Good things first: The underwear ist really comfy and soft. And everything stays in place. I tried a biliki slip and the triangle bralette, they are really nice.
The T-Shirt Bra ist way to thight around my ribs, it feels crammed.
I was very excited about the long jumpsuit, but the crotch hangs way to low. Like between my knees and my upper thighs - it feels very uncomfortable.
But what really shocked me was the return costs - 40€!
That really is very much and I don't remember seeing any kind of hint about that.

Ich habe zwei verschiedene Modelle von Boody. Einmal ohne Polster und einmal mit. Der mit Polster ist ein Traum! Er unterstützt absolut super und ist dabei unglaublich bequem! Auch die passenden Pantys sind Mega bequem. Der Bralette ohne Polster unterstützt etwas weniger. Den würde ich jetzt nicht im Sommer nur unter einem Shirt tragen. Nichts desto trotz ist er aber auch super bequem und ich wollte ihn trotzdem nicht zurück geben, denn die Zeit der Pullis kommt ja nun :)

Ho già fatto diversi ordini e la qualità dei vestiti è veramente ottima! Peccato per la spedizione che per l'Italia richiede diversi giorni 😓
