I am pleased with my book but I would not choose to publish through them again. After paying the initial fee which includes 12 illustrations, I was roped into paying an extra $1000.00 for extended illustrations. I wish that would have been made clear upfront. I also had to tell them numerous times to pay attention to detail with majority of the illustrations and even then had to have multiple revisions of the same illustrations. This prolonged the process which could have been completed much sooner had they of paid attention to detail from the beginning. Be aware they want to sell you marketing, your initial price does not cover and even though they tell you they are running promotions the extra marketing is quite expensive. I made it very clear I did not want extra marketing when I was first asked and was still asked about it numerous times.
Overall I’d rate my experience a 7/10.
