Fabulous customer service having ordered an item incorrectly. Ordered was promptly cancelled and full redund was given.

This lot couldn't care less whether they send you the right stuff or not. The items I received did not resemble the video of the item on the product page and when I contacted them, after much back and forth they simply said thanks for letting us know. Awful customer service

I was so impressed with the incredible service I received from Hussain when I accidentally received the wrong order. On the phone he talked me through the process and went out of his way to find the right product in stock and refund the wrong order. I will definitely be using Books4people again. Thank you

Easy to order and received the books promptly. However, I ordered a trilogy (paperback) and got two paperback and one hardcover copy...I really wished the 3 books were the same.

Ordered books on the 19th, delivered on the 22nd. Packaged well, even with paying for delivery it was cheaper than anywhere else. Very happy

My order wasn’t delivered. When I contacted Books4People to follow up I was informed that my parcel was lost in transit. They assured me a replacement order would be dispatched urgently with overnight delivery. After I hadn’t received confirmation by the following day, they replied to say that the order had been delivered. After I again contacted them to say this is not the case, they then said they opened an investigation with Royal Mail. I do understand that packages can get lost. My main complaint is that they assured me that the situation was being rectified whilst it was not, which left me no time to make another plan for the gift these books were to have been. I’m waiting for a refund now, let’s see how that goes.

Their courier posted my book into a Post Office post box & supplied a picture of them doing this. The book is lost and the company are refusing to refund my money even when they have photographic proof. I will never purchase from them again.

Unbelievable customer service from Books 4 People. I realised I needed some books at very short notice for Santa to give out to our KS2 children. I called the phone number and spoke to the most polite, helpful chap who sorted out my order and coordinated with his warehouse team to ensure it arrived via Parcelforce 48 hours later. I was absolutely over the moon and so relieved that the children would received their presents. Thank you so much - you saved Christmas!

Great prices, ordered 3 sets of books for Christmas Saturday evening, shortly after realise I ordered the same set of books that I ordered month before for daughters birthday, doh! Sent email asking if possible to cancel those books, got email Sunday morning to advise they'd managed to stop order going out and had cancelled the order, really only one one set cancelled but probably easier to cancel whole order, refund processed and I reordered the 2 sets I still wanted, delivered early Tuesday morning, great customer service!

Customer service poor unti I left a review. Mu orginal review was that they left my books in a recycling bin that then got emptied. Tracking did not show and company will not take any responsibility. Following this review they suddenly agreed to re post my books. They came the next day and where left in a safer space. This more curier issue than the company itself however the company could have handled the issue sooner rather than after a poor review. Amazing value for the books. Thanks

I ordered from Books4people but made an error. I requested for the order to be cancelled so I could re order.
This was actioned swiftly and I have been very impressed with the service I received. I have now re ordered the correct items I wanted.

I ordered in error at 11pm on Saturday, realising the error the following day at 7am. Having ordered next day delivery I wasn’t very hopeful when emailing support that the order could be cancelled.

Within a couple of hours a member of staff email me and said they had managed to intercept the order just before dispatch. Great customer service!

I’m trying to use Amazon less these days and this store is definitely on my list as somewhere with great customer service and efficient order / dispatch!
