The team was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the project. They delivered the work on time and kept me updated, but the final result could have been more polished. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvements.

I spent almost 4 months trying to figure our the publishing process on my own and realized I need guidance instead of trying to piece everything together myself!! Bookstone's team explained the complete process step by step and answered my questions. Now finally my book " Benny and the Pocket Dragon" is out.

I hired them for my historical fiction novel about 1930-1942 they were literally very cooperating throughout the process, understand my complete concept behined the novel, this made the experience much better.

I received my eBook edited and formatted within 5 days, Benjamin handled my account well and kept me updated about every step ahead. However, the final quality felt rushed, and I noticed several formatting and editing mistakes that still need to be fixed.

The editing improved my manuscript, and the team was polite throughout the process. While the final result was better than my original draft, I felt a few details could have received more attention.

I used the editing and proofreading service for my manuscript and overall it was a decent experience. The final version was definitely cleaner than what I sent in, and I could see that some attention had been given to grammar, wording, and making the sentences flow better. A few parts of the book read much smoother after the edits, which I appreciated.

Mr. Omar was helpful and polite throughout the process. He kept me updated and replied whenever I had questions, so communication was not really an issue. I also liked that my original voice was not completely changed, because that was something I was worried about before starting.

That being said, I’m giving 4 stars because I did expect the editing to go a bit deeper. Some sections were improved well, but other parts still felt like they only had basic proofreading rather than proper editing. I also would have liked more detailed comments or explanations on certain changes, especially where the structure or wording could have been improved more.

So overall, it was not a bad experience at all. The manuscript came back more polished and professional than before, and I’m thankful for the support. But I do think there is still room for improvement, mainly in making the feedback more detailed and the editing a bit more consistent from start to finish.
