Hotel reservation was handled properly.

Very upset. Paid the $59 dollar deal for 3 nights in Gatlinburg. Daughter and I made arrangements to take off work and we were looking forward to it. When I called to confirm dates, they asked my approximate annual income, I was told I didn't qualify. As a single person, I would have to make $75,000/year minimum to go. They want u to have enough money so they can pressure you to buy into their vacation program. Very elitist and unfair. Would have qualified if I was still married. Should tell qualifications up front so wouldn't have wasted my time and had the disappointment. Very MISLEADING! All the good reviews don't mention the 90 minute plus presentation in which they pressure you to buy. The deal isn't worth their discriminatory practices. Should have known if it sounded too good to be true- it was.

Book an installment trip with them to New Orleans. On second installment they took out 160 instead of 39. I was looking forward to this trip as my husband has cancer and this was gonna be a trip for us so we could get away. Thanks so much! Refunded my money so now I have no trip. I couldnt talk to anybody i could understand and was on the phone with them for 30 minutes.

I am a Of age 38yr old Single Mother and wanted to book a vacation for me, my daughter and Godson but bec I don't make 75,000 dollars a year, Im not eligible. This is veey disturbing bec people that can't afford 10,000 dollar vacations need discount rates so They can even go on vacations.
Very disappointed in this Site.

Very nice resort with some great food options and daily shows. We took a no hassle resort tour promotion and saved a ton of money. ALL-INCLUSIVE is best. The pool is nice for both kids and Adults. Very easy to get around.

I really enjoyed my experience with Bookvip. I have recommended the company to several other people. The facility where I stayed was excellent. It had a lot of entertainment on site. We did'nt have to leave for activity. The pool was on site as well. It was great. I really want to return when I can invest in the property. The room was very clean and roomy. Thumbs up with my experience.

These people are prejudice against people who are not married. Their loss! Even without being married I make more than enough to afford a timeshare. I already have one! Used my week this year already and am trying to have another trip...

awesome trip it was worth the 90 minute talk

We had a lovely time. The Marina Fiesta Resort was nice, the staff top notch and the pools were clean with plenty of loungers. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel offered buffet for meals on property, they were no frills but pleasant. Our AI plan included several restaurants just outside the hotel and they were wonderful.
My only issue was the timing, I'll never go to Mexico during Spring Break again. It did get loud a couple times. Lesson learned. 
I have recommended BookVIP.com to friends and acquaintances many times and will continue to do so.
