Wait 3-5 or 13+business days for refund
A friend asked to use my card to book a Mexico vacation with bookvip.com. The website acted like it stalled when I was booking, so I didn’t know that my charges went through. I did this again, but accidentally booked the wrong place, again it stalled, so I didn’t know that my charge went through. My friend wasn’t married and they were under 30 years old, so they didn’t qualify for the trip. We called for a refund. I was told 3-5 business days. I was credited the lesser charge of $99 by business day 4, but it’s 13 business days later and I’m still waiting to be credited the $370. Every time I call they act like that charge was missed, and they assure me they have it taken care of. This is bad business. I am worried for my friends that did book a vacation through bookvip.

Stupid policy
It is simple discrimination company! You have to prove american citizen to book a hotel????I travel the whole world and I Never hear about it.
Hope that anyone who born in another country or have some member if there family from another country never book with this company!
Stupid policy, promotional discount only apply if both couples are american citizens!!! Im a legal citizen, and my husband ( american citizen).
If you dont have hotels available, just dont sell it!!!

The resort is a bit dated
The resort is a bit dated. Our room had several things wrong and it smelled liked an old wet mildew mop. After, several complaints we were moved to a smaller but much better room.
We loved Cabo, Everyone must go see with your own eyes
The staff was outstanding. The food was great. We enjoyed the live night shows.

TOTALLY UNETHICAL WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT…
TOTALLY UNETHICAL WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE FRAUDS - One of the worst organisations you'll deal with they advertise it as $499 all inclusive for the Krystal Cancun resort but dont tell you you have to sit through a time share presentation , later during the call they also added another $100 saying its hotel fee etc also was asking for my as well as my wife's annual income which doesn't seem right if your booking a vacation.

Complete Garbage Scammers. Planned and Signed up months ahead. I was under the impression I was receiving this deal due to my time volunteered to sit in a timeshare seminar for 90 minutes. I had no problem with that being part of the deal. What I did have a problem with was i had PAID and they received my money and held on to it for a couple months only to tell me once i was ready to make a reservation That me and my Fiance do not qualify. Okay so you get away with just taking my money for a bit? I am now waiting for my refund.....waiting for MY money...and waiting on a confirmation email. A HUGE waste of my time and maybe my money too. Who knows ill wait and find out. For the people that run this company I can only imagine you are some of the sleaziest, corrupt, immoral, hardly human People. And for the people that work for them I am sorry you have to live such an unsatisfying life knowing you help these kind of soulless People. I promise you could be doing something better with your life. "There are no GOOD DEALS". If I end up not receiving my money or if i have to wait any extra time after i am expected to receive it then all Hell will break loose. You deny me of my planned and paid for Trip because I am not 26 yrs of age??? But age is a number and i bet you dont know who your dealing with. Stay away Stay away Stay away. Sure wish I had that refund now so i can plan my whole new Vacation from scratch. Complete waste of my time. And will be a waste of yours as well.

After booking
After booking, it required that we call the office. After calling the office, they say that the booking required a "Married Couple or Family". WHERE WAS THAT ON THE BOOKING PAGE? It is simple discrimination and you should not be f**king with people's lives. This is absolute garbage and I would avoid them at all costs.

Very disappointed due to the dishonesty…
Very disappointed due to the dishonesty and lack of integrity . My vacation was total ruined the resort i was at was not the same resort as the picture. Did not have a water park but they offered me free tickets as if it was. Totally b.s very upset my kids had there heart set on this vacation.

I love BookVIP!!! I recently stayed at The Berkley in Las Vegas and it was AMAZING. We had a 2 bedroom suite and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that the suite had 2 separate kitchens...I was out done!! This was my second BookVIP vacation and the accommodations were remarkable again. This company is a game-changer when it comes to saving money on vacation!
I would definitely recommend this company and am looking forward to my next BookVIP vacation.

Total Scam
Total Scam! Booked a reservation nearly 5 months ago. Called to confirm it a few weeks before our scheduled departure. I was told that everything was fine and that I would receive confirmation within a few days of travel. Called the day of travel because I had not received an email. Sure enough the reservation has been canceled because the room that I had requested was no longer available. Of course they said they would issue a refund however, considering the day of travel obviously very inconvenient and very disappointing for our family.
