Book VIP was great to work with! The presentation is very professional, and even though we said no to additional purchases we were treated with respect. We considered that time just a part of the adventure of our vacation. As far as the resort - WOW! It is beautiful and was the best vacation we have taken in 20 years! We will be doing the all inclusive thing from now on! I'm so glad we found BookVIP.com!

I used bookvip.com to go to Now Onyx Punta Cana for 5 days six nights..It literally was one of the MOST AMAZING TIMES OF MY LIFE...it was as advertised, no games or gimmicks, it wasn't FRAUDULEN. However was one of the best trips I ever had....!! Bookvip is the BOMB.....

I was curious as well about how they were able to offer such extreme savings. Look on you tube. It's basically a time share pitch, but it seems after the two hour presentation, you can go about your trip with no obligation..

BookVip.com made booking our vacation extremely easy. We had a grand time and Wild Bear Inn was very close to all the attractions we wanted to attend. The room was warm and cozy and perfect for my husband and me. We had a terrific time thanks to BookVip.com.

We had a great experience on our vacation. We do wish that we could have traveled with our friends and that when signing up for the promotion it was expressed a little better that we couldn't. Other than that bookvip did a great job with communication, the resort Villa Del Palmar was beautiful, and we had a relaxing vacation.

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING.

I used BookVIP to book a trip to Mexico with my husband in December 2017.

We called in to book over the phone with a rep, and she mentioned the name of the resort which matched with the photos we saw on BookVIP's website. We were happy with our booking until our email confirmation came in and we saw that we were booked into a 2 star hotel out in the forest instead of the 4 star resort by the beach that the website and the rep had told us we were booking.

Throughout our communication with bookVIP over the span of a week, no one apologized, offered to help us upgrade/change or seemed concerned that were were mislead through false advertising. Our flights were booked and paid for so there was no option to cancel, and we had to pay extra out of our pockets to make sure we were not staying at the 2 star resort they booked us into. A lot of time and money was wasted. I managed to speak to the Supervisor Gretta who ultimately told us it was our own fault this mistake was made and refused to help or compensate us in any form.

This is was the absolute WORST experience my husband and I have ever had while booking a trip. This is the FIRST AND LAST TIME I am ever using BookVIP. I urge those who are considering to use them to please book elsewhere and save yourself from a ruined vacation. It is not worth any amount of money you will ever save.

Edit: As a testament to their grossly lacking customer service and communication, they’ve replied to this comment with a canned response that continues to ignore and disregard a customer that has been lied to and cheated. Further evidence to NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE.

Great value. Nice hotel

My husband and i went September of 2017 to cancun. One of the best vacations we have ever had. We did have to do a 90 minute meeting. But was still worth it.
