Bad customer service
Made an order for a custom part, expected wait times for such a specific part but wanted to verify the company as it seemed to be run by an individual or a smaller group of people, the order link that was sent in the automated email was broken and just went to the website homepage, and the live chat was broken for at least 2 days from the day I ordered and I finally emailed again 4 days later on Sunday(Monday in Australia) and waited a full business day for a reply on my order, so Tuesday I tried to live chat again(loaded this time at least) with no reply, wrote a comment on their instagram warning other buyers of the customer service that I was unsure my order was being processed, and I sent them an email shortly after saying I was disputing the charge, they deleted my comment and finally replied to my email from Tuesday reiterating the lead time and saying they would not refund that they are still going to process the order and ship it. Not sure how good they are product wise, or anything else really but the customer service and website maintenance is poor. The fact they only replied after I left a comment on Instagram shows they are not keeping up with customer emails and the website.
Edit: they are now saying that they would charge me a restocking fee of 20%, or that they will continue to process and ship it despite knowing the payment is in dispute.
Edit2:the payment was refunded by the payment company due to dispute, they shipped the part despite knowing i wanted it canceled prior to them shipping it, and decided to do so in hopes they would win the dispute. i now have an extra part I do not need. I tried to get them to cancel it beforehand and refund me but they refused to keep their product and fully refund me. i may update my review to include the product quality vs another vendor, but as of now, customer service is still poor.
