This review, along with several other recent 1-star reviews, is part of a targeted campaign against our company. The developers of the private server Project Epoch do not allow real money trading (RMT) and have been pressuring players caught under their rules to file disputes and post negative reviews against us.

We want to make it clear: our gold is farmed legitimately by hand. It is not stolen or obtained illegally in any way. Project Epoch has only recently launched — there is no one to “steal” gold from even if we wanted to, and the idea that gold could carry “red flags” or anything of that nature is completely unreasonable. The penalties customers face come from the server’s internal policies, not from the legitimacy of the goods. This is why we provide a disclaimer on every service description page, explaining that purchasing gold on private servers always carries some risk.

Boosting Ground has been operating since 2016 and has more than 12,000 verified 5/5 reviews from real customers. These reviews are available on our internal review system, which has been running successfully since before the existence of many external review platforms. The handful of recent negative reviews here on Trustpilot do not reflect the genuine experience of our long-standing customer base.

We encourage readers to look at the bigger picture: thousands of satisfied customers over nearly a decade of service versus a few reviews generated through pressure and blackmail tactics.

I'm sorry to hear that. Private servers such as Ascension Epoch may sanction real money trading (RMT).

We always make it clear that purchasing in-game currency carries a risk, as private servers can issue penalties. We have it in our service description page and in our ToS. We take the same risk ourselves every time we provide the service — and we do so at our own responsibility.

We’d like to clarify that the gold we provide is farmed legitimately by hand, without the use of exploits, cheats, or illegal methods. If you experienced a ban, it was because private servers such as Ascension Epoch do not allow real money trading (RMT).

We always make it clear that purchasing in-game currency carries a risk, as private servers can issue penalties. This is the same risk that we, as the supplier, take ourselves every time we provide the service — and we do so at our own responsibility.
