MyBoost/The Collect Group have severely impacted my business—avoid them at all costs.
Without any prior notice, they abruptly pulled our agreed rates and cancelled our collection driver. They informed us at 14:59—literally one minute before our collection was due. They then stated they could no longer offer any collections and that our rates would be drastically increased. The only services that we could use for our products now come with a staggering 300-400% price hike.
This left us with a significant number of orders already labelled and prepared for dispatch. As a result, we've had to issue refunds to customers, leading to a substantial loss of revenue, negative reviews, and damage to our reputation. We simply didn’t have the time to find and set up an alternative courier service in time.
The situation could have been managed far better on their part. Despite promising to revert us back to the old rates to fulfil our existing orders, I've been waiting over 48-72 hours for any kind of confirmation or email response. There’s no way to contact them by phone, and they never return calls or voicemails left through their automated system.
Even my 3PL team, who handle our orders, were shocked by the sheer level of unprofessionalism and the lack of consideration for the impact of their actions.
If you or your couriers are unhappy with the pricing stipulated in your agreements, perhaps you should reconsider offering those rates in the first place. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating, and I will be sharing it widely to warn others.

We have been using Boost for about a year, The system just works with the support to back it up. With carriers there are bound to be occasional issues but the ticket system along with support from IT is excellent even making a special system to integrate with our stock management. Keep it up. Really impressed with the portal and the team at Boost. After trying every carrier portal under the sun I find the Boost one very easy to use and straight forward when sending different size parcels.
We use a a bulk upload and 'quick send' for one offs and the postcode finder is really useful.
The ticket support option is particularly good and great to have a human response which is always very prompt.
Keep up the great work.

We have used Boost for several years now, and are still impressed by their excellent customer service. They are responsive and accurate. The service overall is extremely reliable. They have never let us down. I would have no problem in recommending them. Well done. Keep up the great work.
Amazing business and truly amazing people to deal with. Cannot recommend Boost parcels highly enough to any company needing to sending parcels.

I have been a customer of Boost Parcels (and previously Low Cost Parcels) for in excess of 10 years now and can't speak highly enough of them. Whenever I have any enquiries they are answered efficiently and professionally assisting wherever possible. When I have had any queries over rates or service they are always willing to listen and work with me so if anyone out there is looking for a logistics solution for their business do not hesitate to use Boost Parcels
