Awful service since new app. They swapped me to what they said was smart plus. Tried topping up with new app and sadly lots of Payments pending on bank accounts but not credited to meter. Cant get through on phone line. Tried email and Facebook. Rapidly running out of credit too.

Ever since the switch to new smart I have had endless problems with topping up. I've call to customer service several times however no one could help me or answer my questions about the app. Finally I got through to Renisha. She listened and acknowledged my problems. She helped me set up the app and to top up and answered all my questions. BOOST NEEDS MORE AGENTS LIKE HER.

Been automatically switched to this company, I'm left without gas. Phone line options don't work and don't put me through to anyone. I have a new born baby who's bottles I need to wash and she needs a bath. Absolutely disgusting.

The lady in customer service, Thembekilo, was extremely helpful with my issue of emergency credit not working. She could not have apologised any more for the mistake of another colleague. Issue was resolved and I’ve now a warm home again.

I’ve always received positive experience from Boost and issue resolved when arisen.

Very helpful, Mandisa Xaba helped me with the warm home discount and assured me about my energy changes when I didn't understand them

Very pleased with this company and especially there employees. Had a small problem and spoke with Makhosazane who was a delight to speak with. She solved my problem with no fuss and in no time
