Fantastic customer service from Paola
I had a return parcel that got misdelivered due to a mix-up between two similarly named French towns – completely outside anyone's control, but a real headache to sort out. Paola from Borneo Paris stayed on top of it for months: she tracked down where the parcel had actually ended up, extended my return window without me even asking, kept me updated proactively, and when the postal claim route turned into a dead end, she personally arranged and helped fund a private courier to get the item back to their warehouse.
What really stood out was how human the whole process felt – she was patient, clear about what was and wasn't possible at each step, and never once made me feel like "not our problem." That kind of persistence and honesty is rare with online retailers these days.
