I bought a Bosh dishwasher series6 from Currys, which cost me about £800. Part of the deal was : if I register my dishwasher the warranty will be extended for 5 years.
The dishwasher broke down recently so I have contacted customer service and been told that they don’t have my product in their system. I got screenshots from their website confirming the product has been registered.
They refused fixing my dishwasher under warranty.

I am extremely disappointed with both the Bosch dryer I purchased and the customer service I have received. After investing in an eight-year extended warranty through P.C. Richard, my Bosch dryer stopped working just a few months in. For the past two months, I’ve been dealing with a complete nightmare of service delays and unprofessional behavior.

The technician from Bosch, named Paul, initially refused to come unless I, Shakhnoza Bentzinger, was personally home to pay him, despite my extended warranty covering all costs. When I explained my nanny would be there, he canceled the appointment outright. Only after intervention from P.C. Richard did he arrive, and when he did, he was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Worse, he didn’t even fix the dryer.

Now I’m waiting on another technician, and I have been without a working machine for almost two months. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re considering Bosch, be warned that their warranty service can be a nightmare. I hope they improve, but based on my experience, it’s been a frustrating ordeal.

Ho acquistato un piano cottura a luglio e immediatamente si sono rovinate le griglie dei fuochi per i quali mi è stato detto che non c’era garanzia. A distanza di 3 mesi sono cominciate a spuntare tante piccole macchie e anche in questo caso la risposta è stata che per danni estetici non c’è garanzia…danni estetici? Ho da sempre elettrodomestici così come lavandini in acciaio (nello specifico della Frankie) che non mi hanno mai dato questo tipo di problematica. Ho acquistato Bosh illudendomi che fosse una marca prestigiosa ma a questo punto mi sono totalmente ricreduta! Sconsiglio assolutamente anche per quanto riguarda l’assistenza telefonica vergognoso!

Ho un piano induzione Bosh. Siccome non riesco a far andare via la macchia un po' particolare da un fornello ho telefonato e scritto due mail al servizio clienti: non sono stata considerata per niente! Al telefono mi hanno detto di inviare mail, a quest'ultime non ho mai avuto risposta!!!
Era solo per chiedere informazioni su quali prodotti efficaci potevo usare su questo piano, visto che non sono menzionati sul libretto di istruzioni, come fanno altre aziende...

Bought the pan for my other half for Xmas, I finally got to use it myself today and it is a delight, not only to cook with, but to clean 🤩 nonstick whilst cooking a risotto, the clean up was minimal. I wish I'd got one for myself. I'm slightly jealous I bought this for him and not gifted it to myself at Xmas.

We have a indego+500 lawn robot and have nothing but breakdown. Its two months old and it has already been at service once and still dosent work. Bad choice.
And please dont answer "send it again" 😡

Bonjour, j’ai acheté un lave vaisselle Bosh chez IKEA. Il manquait le gabari pour pouvoir l’installer. Impossible de récupérer la pièce manquante. Ça fait 4 mois que je me fais balader par ikea et par bosh. La solution que bosh me propose c’est de leur racheter la pièce manquante ou de voir avec ikea qui me renvoie vers bosh… c’est inadmissible!

J'ai acheté une scie électrique.
Le câble de chargement est muni d'un embout avec des petits picots très fragiles à inserer dans la prise de l'appareil.et il a vite été inutilisable. J'en ai acheté un nouveau mais c'est super compliqué à brancher et ça va encore casser apes quelques utilisations. Pour un appareil de la marque Bosh c'est très décevant.

Following on from previous review I left, they have continued to ignore me. The responded once saying that they were going to order a new lid and that I should 'keep an eye on my emails'. Well, my eyes are sore for the amount of time i've been 'keeping an eye'. It has been over a month and I have send several other emails and I am yet to get another response.

Ordered pan. Worried as wobbly handle when arrived. Emailed bosh and they ignored 2 seperate emails regarding warranty

Ordered a pan a month ago and not received despite several emails no replies. No customer services or any way to communicate. Very poor indeed

Beautifully packaged and a great pan. Used nearly every day since it arrived. So easy to clean.

Ordered the kit pan and it’s absolutely fantastic, no complaints at all!

It looks amazing but we haven’t used it yet as it’s for my husband’s birthday present.

The whole ordering process was so easy and straightforward.
Next day delivery too.
