Placed an order over a week a go. Had to chase twice to find out when it's being sent no email no call back. Still waiting! Terrible service.

You have over promised and under delivered.

You have missed 2 delivery dates and have not returned calls as promised.

As recently as yesterday you were supposed to call last night to confirm a delivery today which you have not.

It is simply unacceptable that you just assume and expect customers to be available as and when you eventually get around to hopefully delivering a product that is yet to be assessed.

Very poor.

By way of an update as of 2pm; have come home to find the mattress dumped on the driveway without any notice and with the forecast of rain!

Purchased cashmere king size bed few weeks ago. Great customer service, delivered on time. Top quality mattress, would highly recommend!

I dealt with Tommy in sales and Mitch in respect of the delivery, which was within a week! Both were professional, friendly and helpful. No hard sell, just honest advice to help me chose the right mattress for my budget. I bought the cashmere mattress which turned out to be far better than I expected, really deep and luxurious. I’ll definitely be returning!!

Very pleased with the headboard I ordered. Much better range of colours and styles than your mainstream bed retailers, and really good quality. Pleased that they are all made in the UK. Took about 3 weeks from order to delivery, but still much quicker than the likes of Dreams etc. Only not 5 stars due to the lead time.

Could not have asked for a better service. Ordered Wednesday afternoon and delivered Thursday morning. Friendly staff Excellent

Worst communication I’ve received from someone. I was actually looking forward to buy from these as I’ve followed Tom for a while. Someone called Tommy was put in contact with me. He just couldn’t be bothered to sort us out. Went to dreams and got sorted straight away 👍
