BOSS Acoustics Avaliações

The company had run out of stock of the 5mm acoustic tape I ordered on-line. They offered me a larger size for the same price which suited my needs. It was delivered promptly.

Great technical support fast delivery friendly staff great price

Correct part and quantity was delivered on the date and within timeline advised .

A telephone call was made to me prior to processing the order, advising me of a potential error of my making: this transpired to be good advice and a correction was made.

The team were very helpful, checked everything was ok and delivered on time.

Thanks again from the BGD team

Both times I've used Boss Acoustics, there's been a minor hiccup. The first one was my end, when a payment didn't go through, the other was when they had a bit of a technical issue. On both occasions I got a call. First time it was to say they'd notice the payment hadn't gone through, and items were still in my basket. The deliveries were going out that day, and did I need them to be on there? I really did need them! So that helped massively!
The second time was to check with me as to what I was after as their system had a bit of a wobble that morning!
Couldn't fault the service at all!
I'll definitely be using Boss for my acoustic hangers (and more!) from now on.
