If I could give it a "0" or a negative score, I would. I submitted a manuscript, was contacted, and it has gone downhill from there. This "publishing" company has completely mucked up my manuscript, putting in mistake after mistake-that I did not make, then asking me to check and fix their mistakes. They said I left out a chapter, which they then asked me to resubmit-none of that is true, yet they sent me a copy with duplicate chapters! There are other errors on their part, but I don't have enough room. They've revised it several times, and each times mistakes are made on their end. Unbelievable. Sorry I ever met them.
