Received the BOSU in a reasonable amount of time. Despite the label on the box saying a pump was included there was no pump and no plug so all I have now is something useless for purpose. Customer service has not responded to my email but continues to spam me with email to buy more.

Customer service responded that they were sorry they didn’t send my part and mailing it today, so it’ll be at least another week before I can use my purchase.

I use a BOSU trainer at my gym. Purchased one for my home gym. The BOSU is a great tool to help with balance, core strength, and stability. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"

I do Pilates at a studio 5-6 days per week and we use the Bosu. I love it so much I wanted to have one at home too! I’m excited to use it in creative ways on my own.

I found the item easily on a Google search, easy order process, good price, reasonable shipping cost and time, and quality product.

My most recent purchase from Hedstrom, The set of three bands, arrived as promised, were well packaged, and were free of any imperfections. I was disapponted to note they were made in the PRC and not the USA. My initial purchase from Hedstrom was the BOSU Elite "halfball" and concurrent with my band delivery I was registering my Elite and noticed that it was not a "drop-down" choice on Hedstrom's registration site. I enquired and was informed that "the BOSU Elite is technically owned by WeckMethod" and I was referred to their website. I went to their site and saw the BOSU Elite there for 20% off the price I paid for it 13 days before through Hedstrom. Accordingly, I got back with Hedstrom and asked about my elgibility for the 20% off promotion and was told "Unfortunately, we do not price match with other websites". I tried again to get the WeckMethod price from Hedstrom and received some more gibberish, to which I expressed that I thought I was dealing directly with BOSU. I could have purchased my Elite on Amazon for the same price with a much better delivery, but I prefer to buy "direct" so I placed my order through BOSU.com, and came to understand later that I was dealing with Hedstrom. My lesson learned is checkout the WeckMethod site first if you are looking for a BOSU product.

I've used the Bosu for years and still find it a great product.

Purchase was too easy but the best part about it was the check in emails explaining what I can expect and a few FAQs. Great service and definitely would buy directly from the website again.
