I was struggling with AI in my business. The moment I got back home I implemented their free advice and consultations. I was front and center for all three days of Botbuilders’ Connect event April 17-19, 2026 in Scottsdale, AZ and I was not disappointed! Matt, his entire team and the incredible speakers they brought together were impeccable beyond what mere words can express. Admittedly, I didn’t know much about AI when I walked in but I did leave the final Sunday session with enough knowledge and confidence in Matt and his team that, like everything, AI is a tool that can be used both for good and for evil, a battle that’s been waged since the beginning of time, and Matt is fully onboard with the good side. Naturally, God is the ultimate originator of “the Force” but Matt is definitely one of His top foot soldiers. If you want to learn how to implement AI to GROW and EXPAND your business as well as RETAIN and OPTIMIZE your current employees and hire even more, Botbuilders is your ticket too!

I purchased a ticket for Connect but…
I purchased a ticket for Connect but was unable to attend due to ongoing medical and legal issues related to my previous job.
What disappointed me wasn’t the event itself (since I didn’t attend), but the follow-up experience.
I received multiple emails assuming I was present at the event (“you’re here,” “thanks for showing up”)- after the event, followed by requests to leave a positive review. This suggests a lack of segmentation and awareness of actual attendee participation.
When I reached out to the team, responses were polite but rigid, with no meaningful flexibility or alternative options offered given my situation.
From the outside, the system feels optimized for scale rather than individual circumstances. That may work for many, but in my case it created a disconnect between the messaging and the actual experience.
Just something for others to be aware of.

I didn't quite understand a lot of the stuff I tried to consume on some of the calls, but when I went in-person and the recent event in Scottsdale, many of the pieces started falling in place. I'm really confident this will take my business to the next level and fairly quickly.

Botbuilders is probably the best company I have ever dealt with personally. They do what they say and more. A great community of family
A great community of family. When any official do not know the answer to your challenge they are ready to signpost you to someone else who has the answer. My understanding of this is that all the botbuilders staff with Matt leadership do not claim to know every answer but are ready to suggest who within the family could help. This is a good family relationship. The however is on costs, someone said hidden costs, not by botbuilders from my understanding but from other sofwares or services that are not available in bot builders. For example you need to subscribed to many chats, affiliates etc to benefits. My recommendation will be that botbuilders should look at those costs and sort of find a way of how the organisation instead of individual subscribing and paying at a rate that might not be affordable at that time. Im not suggesting it be free but the spread of such costs on those using it will not be burdensome and since its part of getting the full botbuilders services, why not consider having those sofwares/services as part of botbuilders but paid distributely instead of its your individual thing. This way if any individual could not cope, it will mean leaving botbuilders because of those external costs not because botbuilders services are not good. My personal observation. Above all botbuilders tech subject to continued updates and its staff are fantastic.
