Smaller than I thought but nice
Sending a sub feels like a bait and switch especially without asking if it was ok. Sending a spikey plant v a heart for Valentine’s Day not a great look. Won’t be back.
Product fine but y’all delivered it three days before I requested it to be delivered which ruined the surprise just a bit.
Product was out of stock which we were informed of a bit too late to make other plans and the substitution product didnt seem to be a value at all - basically paid $50 for 2 succulents I could have gotten down the street for $15... The 50% off coupon on my next order didn't erase the frustration.
Never got the product I ordered, got a crappy substitute, and 50% off next purchase. Thanks but no thanks, a most unsatisfying experience. I will spread the bad word to everyone I know, what a bait and switch operation.
They were cute.. my mom loved them!
Delivery was prompt and though I have not seen these two little cacti plants, my sisters in AZ for whom I ordered them, think they are "too sweet."
The packaging was excellent. The cactus are very cute but also quite small. Seemed a bit pricey for the product.
Did not actually get this product. Bouqs decided to make a substitution without asking first. Substitution fell way below expectations.

They contacted me and told me the hoyas weren’t coming- I got some cute succulents instead, so I took one star off for the fact they weren’t hoyas which are significantly rarer and was not the item I ordered. Great communication and exact timely delivery.
Not even close to what the picture showed
Dreadful experience. The company changed my order last minute to something I didn't want and delivered it early before they could confirm a change in the order. They offered a 50% on my NEXT order. I couldn't believe it. I will be reporting to the BBB as I am certain this company is actually a sham.
Packaged excellently! Very nice gift, the heart shape is fantastic
They sent me a substitute product without informing me until the day prior to its arrival. So can’t really review what didn’t come. Can review how ridiculous of a solution that is without consulting me first. Also they gave me a 50% off next order. Like why would I order again? How does that make right what happened now?
The product is fine. I asked for it to be delivered on February 13th. It was delivered on Friday February 10th. When my wife was not at the office. I believe the office was closed. So I don’t know where the plants are. I won’t be returning, thanks for nothing.
