I ordered this as a gift for my mom. The purchase process as well as communication around shipping were amazing. The package arrived a day early. Also amazing! The plants themselves arrived in great condition but have a layer of glued rocks on top as well as no drain hole in the pot itself. When my mom reached out to customer service, they were kind but didn't answer her question about how to care for a plant that has no access to the soil or no drainage for it. Super cute gift but will require some love to be able to keep it alive for long.

I'm not impressed with your service. I ordered the plant over a week ago, and expected it to arrive in a few days. But, when I got the confirmation it was going to take over a week. IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I can't say anything good about your service
