The air plant was adequate and the mug (vase) was cute. However, I was never updated on shipping and the item was delivered 3-4 days late, after recipient’s birthday. Very disappointing. Bouqs can and should do better. If there are holiday shipping delays, account for them. I ordered 5 or 6 days prior to requested delivery date.
