Attached are two pictures: the first is what was advertised by the Bouqs and what I was expecting to arrive for my sister. the second is what actually arrived. I was so embarrased by tiny sprout of a plant.... and really feel swindled that I paid over $70 for basically a coffee cup

Arrived completely broken
Gift was for my in laws and in the picture they sent the plant appears to be in good condition, but the vase/bowl came shattered and they stuck it in a green bowl. Bouqs is sending a replacement, so I will update when that one appears! Great and quick service to ask for a replacement so far.

I bought Tilda for myself when ordering flowers for a sick friend….I love her! The air plant included is large and healthy and Tilda keeps me company as I work! The flowers ordered as a gift were a hit also! If I had one complaint/suggestion: Is it possible to charge LESS shipping and handling? I would be eager to order more and more often if the costs to ship weren’t so high!
Happily surprised that delivery was early despite the bad weather. Very happy the vase was as pictured in the ad - so cute! Unfortunately, several leaf ends were clipped and others were straight rather than curly like in the ad so it wasn't quite as cute as expected. Hoping it was just travel weary and will perk up.
The vase was broken when it was received 3 days early. I was told it could be replaced but when I tried, there was a 3 day expiration on it which I was not aware.
Ordered Tilda plant for my son's girlfriend for Christmas. She was thrilled with the cute vase and loved the plant.
