My dresses arrived beautifully packed in tissue paper with a personalised card which I thought was a nice touch. However the returns procedure is a bit of a pain and refunds slow. I’m still waiting and gather it can be up to 14 days which is not good. Would only order r again if I knew I would not need to return goods.

The sandals which I bought for my daughter didn't fit size 41. I'm a size 39/40 and they fit me instead. The ones I bought for me size 40 were too small although I bought that size in the same make last year and fitted well although on the generous side. So don't understand that one. Anyway they fit my daughter so both swapped and now happy! Received the invoice which was somebody else's and totally different order. So someone has mine 🙂
