I purchased a dress from Willow Boutique on June 29, 2025. The order arrived on July 15, which was too late for the event I had planned to wear it to, and the quality was noticeably poor.
On the same day the package arrived, July 15, I contacted Willow Boutique to request a return and refund. What followed was a lengthy exchange of emails where the company repeatedly tried to discourage the return and suggested I accept only 70% of the dress price instead.
Eventually, on August 9, they gave me a return address in China, and I mailed the dress back, providing both a photo of the package and the return slip as proof. Despite multiple follow-ups, by August 20 they were still “verifying” the delivery. On September 9, I was told they were “investigating the refund.”
Nearly two months later, on November 3, I was informed that they were “having issues processing refunds” and offered store credit instead. When I insisted on a refund, they replied that a refund “could not be processed due to a system issue” and that they were still investigating.
At that point, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge directly with the beneficiary bank in China.
This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing from Willow Boutique.
