We ordered a Bing theme set of 5…
We ordered a Bing theme set of 5 balloons. Delivery was on time, sadly the Bing character and one of the stars was half deflated, so quite disappointing since the Bing character was the main feature. Personally, for what I paid, I think it’s a bit overpriced too.

We’re really sorry to hear that your Bing balloon and star were deflated and that you were left disappointed.
Sometimes, a tiny slow leak occurs, and though we do our best to quality check all our balloons before they leave us, sometimes things like this can get missed.
Unfortunately, you didn’t let us know there was a problem which we might have been able to rectify if you had let us know. We do put instructions on the care leaflet about what to do if there is a problem.
We hope the recipient still had a great birthday and got some enjoyment out of the balloons :-)

A deflating experience They arrived on time but started to…
They arrived on time but started to deflate the next day which was upsetting for the recipient and I won’t be buying from this site again at nearly £10 a balloon definitely expected better.

Superb quality and customer service
Superb customer service to make sure delivery of birthday balloons was seamless around a bank holiday. Packaging of balloons was excellent too.
In past my experience is that the balloons stay inflated for weeks and leave a lasting impact not just for birthday.
Highly recommend using Box Balloons.

We’re so sorry to hear that one of the balloons didn’t hold up as long as expected! We always want the recipient to fully enjoy our balloons.
Sometimes, a tiny, slow leak can cause a balloon to deflate earlier than expected. We do our best to catch any faulty balloons when we're making and packing orders, but unfortunately, slow leaks can be tricky to spot right away and might only show up after a few hours or even days.
Unfortunately, this is the first we’ve heard about the faulty balloon. Our balloon care leaflet in your box mentions contacting us if anything goes wrong, and we would have loved to help out.
We hope the balloons still brought some joy. Thanks so much for ordering with us, and we hope you’ll give us another try.

Well they arrived on time and inflated…
Well they arrived on time and inflated but one balloon has deflated after just one day which has upset the recipient as she was hoping to take the balloons to her wedding venue, so this is disappointing especially as I think £50 was expensive for 5 ballons i woul not expect them to start deflating after one day

We’re really sorry to hear that one of the balloons did not last so well. We never want the balloons to not be enjoyed by the recipient.
Rarely, a tiny slow leak in the balloon can mean it can go down much sooner than expected. Though we try our best to watch out for any faulty balloons while we are creating and packing orders, often slow leeks are not detectable for a few hours or even days.
Unfortunately, this is the first we’ve heard from you about the faulty balloon. As per the balloon care leaflet inside your box, we advise you to contact us with any issues, and we would have been able to offer a resolution.
We still hope the balloons were enjoyed as much as they could. Thank you for ordering from us and we do hope you try us again.

Barely floatting and not very firmly filled
Bought these for a gender reveal, unfortunately they barely floated, so it was SOOOOO EXTREMELY UNDERWHELMING, and whilst everyone got to peer into the box to see they were blue balloon, we didn't get the planned effect of them popping out of the box (and didn't get the fun pictures and videos we were hoping to get).
I wrote an email notifying the company of this, and get an underwhelming response from them also saying that we got rain on it, but to be fair.. this was after the event had already happened.
In comparison, we usually buy balloons from a local shop, and they stay bouncy and floating for 3 weeks. I thought getting it from Box balloons would be as good and for the convenience of having it delivered, but I should've just gone back to my local shop in London as their quality is 1000x better and guaranteed.

Hi Cyn, we're sorry that the balloons didn't have the desired effect.
From the photo you sent us of the balloons fully inflated but covered with rain we simply pointed out that rain would cool the helium and weigh down the balloons.
We sent you a CCTV image of the balloons being dispatched fully inflated and floating. If the balloons were faulty we would have happily refunded but there was no proof of this.
Bit of a tangle
Balloons and service all great. The two numbers I ordered had tangled cords that I couldn’t part, so they didn’t have the desired look.

However, we're sorry to hear that the balloon strings got tangled. While we take great care in preparing and packaging our balloons to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, sometimes the journey can be a bit rough on them despite our best efforts.
We use fragile tape and include notes on the boxes, but unfortunately, we can't always prevent a few bumps along the way.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you do order from us again. Thanks again for your feedback—it's invaluable to us!

Something went wrong and customer…
Something went wrong and customer service was poor.
Received balloons in a theme specifically for a child’s birthday.
The main animal balloon Arrived damaged so emailed them after getting no answer through their phone, I’ve never personally ever got through to a human over the phone - all correspondence via email.
Claimed they never got my email and refunded one balloon when the whole point of the order was for the main balloon to contrast with the other balloons - would avoid as they seem to deflect issues on to the customer

Hi Lewis, thanks for your review and I am sorry we could only provide a refund in line with our terms and conditions for the faulty balloons - not every balloon in your order, including two additional number balloons ordered.
We did apologise for missing your first email and refunded for the faulty balloon and provided a discount of 25% on any future orders. We genuinely missed your first email but emailed you back on Monday at 9:59am. We are not open at weekends so don't answer emails or calls in these times.
Most of our correspondence is via email so we can keep record and we do ask for photos of damaged balloons.
