Ordered the large only to discover the dimensions on the web site are incorrect and it wouldn’t fit. As I had assembled it return was complex. A compromise of a half price medium box was agreed.
Both boxes are sturdily built and seem well suited for the job.
The medium box is preassembled.
The large box is a bit complex to construct needing screwdriver and small spanner and a degree of dexterity to insert the fastenings. Instructions could be clearer.
Overall I would recommend the boxes but be sure about the sizing. The large box is 38cm deep not 28 as shown on the website.

Great Product!
It was very easy to setup and use while looking great in front of the house. I had issues with packages getting stolen which forced me to schedule deliveries around when I am home. But with this I can just order without worrying about if I will be home to collect.

The medium sized parcel box arrived quickly after ordering and was well packed. The fittings were secured to the bottom in a bag. I didn't find any instructions and wasn't sure what sized drill bit to use for fitting to the outside wall, but I contacted Boxfort and received a courteous response. They promised to look into it and got back to me with the details (10mm drill bit). I have suggested that a sheet of instructions would be helpful to customers and they acknowledged this positively. The parcel box looks very good now that it is in place and I hope that it will prove useful and longlasting.

Great parcel storage! So used to parcels being redirected or left on the front yard, these boxes are perfect for safe keeping!
