Again, Kathy made it very easy to order another container. The delivery of the container was very smooth, thanks to the team BoxHub employs.

We received fantastic service from our salesperson, Derek, and our delivery driver, Elton. Both were extremely professional and friendly. Elton impressed us with his extraordinary driving skills at our location. Our location had less than 120 feet of open distance for unloading a container. Elton was still able to put the containers precisely where we wanted them. We would certainly use boxhub again.

We Ordered a 40' container, things could not have gone better. The ordering was easy and the personnel were friendly and professional. Sherman the delivery driver was awesome , he placed the container exactly where I wanted.

Communication was straight forward and pleasant. Ordering was easy. Representative was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Delivery driver was a little late but wasn't a problem. Container was visually in better condition than I expected but did have a few mended places, but looked like they were mended well. One door seal looks like it needs to be replaced for optimum performance but should be minor issue to fix. Hopefully it will work when we get it up and running! Excited to finally get this unit. Would purchase through Boxhub again.

Easy to deal with with prompt service at a great price

The delivery driver placed the boxes exactly where we wanted them. The driver was nice and accommodating. The company offered hassle-free ordering and delivery.

Customer service was great, however the Container was in horrible condition. It was rusted, has large dents throughout on top of being filthy.
Bought a few from BoxHub before but none like this one.

The shipping container purchase process was very easy. The communication between me and the agent was top notch. The guys they used to move my shipping container to my place was excellent as well. I will definitely use them again as well as highly recommend them.

The quote process was simple and fast. The sales associate was prompt, friendly and followed up with me when I was ready to make my purchase.
Once I made the purchase I received a link to complete the survey for my delivery preferences. My delivery location is very rural and not easy to find, so after I entered all the information, I called customer service to give additional info, the rep was very friendly and assured me the delivery driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
On delivery day the driver called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, I met him a few minutes from my property and lead him into the location.
The driver was great, he was very efficient and accurate.
The container was clean and in the condition promised.
If I ever need another container I would use them again.
