Ik heb hetzelfde probleem , Geen contact, geen geld terug. Alweer 2 weken geleden. Echt schandalig ik ga hier werk van maken.

aangifte is gedaan bij de politie, geloof dit bedrijf niet mensen. ze verzinnen elke keer weer iets nieuws om te rekken en nog meer mensen op te lichten!!!! aangifte is gedaan

Sinds april tot op heden helemaal niets vernomen. Geen reactie. Gister maar aangifte gedaan. Ik wil mijn geld terug.

In the end I got the sneakers I ordered at boxstock but... Let's just list the facts below.

I order sneakers on the platform and paid via their website. The money was transferred but I didn't get any confirmation. Logging in on the website my order was hanging there but not paid (although I did). So I tried the chat bot which asked me for an order number (which I didn't get). I also send an email to the customer support email.

After no response or update on my order I checked the web and found other bad reviews, so I posted a 1 star review here. Immediately I got a reply that boxstock will contact me via mail. This review was updated a few days later letting me know that the money will be returned and I should get my sneakers else where.

Great, still not happy with the experience. That's no way to keep a client happy. If there's a technical error in the system find out which clients where affected and send them an email. If you have a customers support email you have to react. Otherwise please mention on your website that all information on client accounts are bogus and clients have to be patient and will recieve no updates during the process.

Eind april schoenen besteld en ook betaald. Met zeer veel moeite na een aantal dagen in contact gekomen met de onderneming. Daarin werd eerst verteld dat de betaling was mislukt en dat ik nog een keer moest betalen. Na bellen met de bank bleek dit onzin. Na enig aandringen gaf Boxstock toe dat de betaling toch binnen was en de schoenen ter verificatie naar hen toe waren. Inmiddels alweer een week stilte en kom met geen mogelijkheid in contact met de onderneming. Schoenen zijn ook nog steeds niet binnen en ik heb geen idee van de status van mijn bestelling.

Update 24-05-2023

Via de e-mail heel sporadisch contact. Boxstock geeft aan dat ze een paar keer de schoen binnen hebben gekregen maar deze niet door de verificatie kwam. Daarom duurde het zo lang. Op 16 mei beloofd dat ze die dag het geld zouden terugstorten. Tot op heden nog niks ontvangen en ook geen reacties meer op mijn mailtjes. Het is echt een scam deze site. Bestel hier niet! Nu al een maand mijn geld kwijt en geen schoenen.

Update 26/05/2023

Inmiddels mijn geld terug gekregen. Het had wat voeten in de aarde en diverse malen contact gehad via de email. Maar nu een maand na mijn betaling heb ik het geld weer terug.
