Was a great experience 😛 the accommodation was excellent. Location was great . The only thing I found was when we arrived at the airport it was hard to find our driver as he didn’t have his sign up .we never got to see anyone from the boys trip until the dinner and when we were picked up to leave . Just as a first time doing the trip would have been nice to have a debrief maybe on the first day to how to go about stuff . In saying that I would do the trip again . Had a great time and met some lovely people

Hi Jenny. Thanks so much for that rating and review. On this trip, our three tour hosts met the majority of our clients at the airport and got them on buses to the hotels. Unfortunately, with your flight arriving outside of the main arrival times, we organised the chauffeur service for you and there weren't any Boys Trip reps to meet you sorry. That's frustrating to hear that the chauffeur wasn't holding up the sign at the airport, that makes them hard for you to find!
With so many clients spread out across three hotels and over 12 different grandstand and hospitality locations, it is hard for our hosts to get around everyone. The Thursday Night Dinner Function is the only time we have the whole group together on this trip.
This is one of the reasons we email out the PDF Trip Guide a few days before the trip, as this should answer all of your questions, alternatively, our tour hosts were available 24/7, if you needed to text or call them.
Thanks for the feedback and awesome to hear that you would travel with us again. Apologies that we didn't get to spend a bit more time with you on the trip.

Everything was so easy, well planned and communicated. The team are really knowledgeable and provided great support even before we left so that we knew exactly what to expect and anything we needed to do to make sure we had a great time. The Thursday night dinner with special guest (last year Gunther, this year Mika Hakkinen) is a great experience too.

- Could have had grandstand tickets further up preferably in the shade in the Prost stand.
- The speaker function would have been better a bit later as we had to miss half of the last race to get back in time.

Thanks for the feedback on the grandstand seating. Unfortunately, we don't get to specific where exactly in the grandstand we would like our seating to be. To guarantee shade and to be at the top of the grandstand, I would recommend selecting the Premium Grandstand option next time.
With the Thursday Night Function timing, we have found in the past that the 6.30pm - 9.30pm suits the majority of our clients, as everyone is still on NZ Time and starting it any later makes for a late night.

Yes, for the Weekend Package, there is a huge amount of travel getting to/from Bathurst each day, over the years we've streamlined this process as much as possible, but there's not much more we can do. Our Bathurst Motel Package and Bathurst Campervan Package both provide alternative options, which mean you can stay in Bathurst or right at Mount Panorama. Until next time, all the best!

An easy to follow booking process
For those of us who struggle with some aspects of trip planning online, or when requested to submit information we (I) was unclear about it was appreciated that there was always a friendly voice on the other end of a telephone to provide guidance when required. Maintaining a human touch being very important.
The whole experience provided a relatively seamless process to follow.

V8 Super Cars grand final
This was the first time we’ve gone away with someone else organising everything and it was great. Even though we were part of a tour group, we were able to go do and see things when and where we wanted. The flexibility was the key thing. Also the little extras such as riding on the back of a big rig around the race track and photo opportunities with the trophy. Accomodation was great too. Thanks Boys Trip, would highly recommend you!

I had a great experience and so did my…
I had a great experience and so did my whole group. Reagan was a great host and it was so easy to book. im glad the flights were a part of the package. my only suggestion for the whole thing would have been an option to go to the san remo shops on the shuttle on the first day we were dropped there,. we didnt realise the shop would be 2km away and one of our group had a injured ankle.
