Absolutely rude and obnoxious, do not use!!

The manager Nigel Goodrum in the Morpeth office is very unprofessional, dismissive and rude (to put it politely). He has no interest in customer care and is a terrible estate agent.

No communication, never responds to emails and is very condescending when he does respond to emails or telephone calls (after a lot of requests). How can such a rude and unprofessional person work in an estate agents???? I have two minds to write to the ombudsman and the CEO as well to ensure his unprofessionalism and rudeness is communicated effectively.

Bradley Hall are the worst, I will steer very clear from this company. They are not nice very rude and disrespectful and have not a care in the world.

I have contacted this company 4 times now via email to there Teeside office and through there website using the names attached to the adds to view a commercial premises asking questions about the property but not had one reply. One contact I can understand if went astray but 4 in a week. You would think they would be keen to rent commercial premises and I wonder if the landlords realise they are not getting back to proposed tenants.

Complete waste of time and my question to you Bradley Hall why offer this contacting service if you are not prepared to reply?

Its hard for me to ring during office hours as working so I tend to do things in the evening when I am free.

We have used the Bradley hall mortgage brokers multiple times now and can say hands down they are the best around. We would recommend Gary Dobson to everyone! He is so lovely and helpful. Seems like he works every hour of the day and has gone out of his way so many times to help us. I can’t say enough good things about him and the team. If you need a broker you can’t find better

Lucy Mouter from the Newcastle office recently managed to bring the sale of our commercial property to a successful conclusion after some protracted negotiations.
Lucy was highly professional and provided excellent advice. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I have no hesitation in giving her the highest recommendation.

We have tried to view a property which is 1 hour away from our home , 40 minutes into our journey ,we received a phone call from Bradley hall saying we could not view the house, so we made another appointment . They same again only this time the owners would only see people round that had sold their homes. They are a complete waste of space and very unprofessional . Hope I do not see a house for sale with them again.extremely dissappointed…….

We’ve used the Mortgage team a number of times now, and Gary Dobson this go around was fantastic. He sorted out our loan easily and kept us on the best deal as we waited for our purchase to all go through. Great service!

We chose Bradley Hall on the basis of the supposed extra service they offered including financial checks of buyers to ensure a smooth sale.

Despite the supposed financial checks Bradley Hall carried out one buyer couldn't afford the house and had to pull out and the other buyer had a chain which was was not flagged in the process resulting in delays and uncertainty on our sale.

Whole experience is of a highly superficial service from Bradley Hall with no ownership of issues.

Arranged a viewing on a property and when we arrived the buyer didn’t know anything about the viewing and the property had already sold. Bradley Hall did not contact me to cancel the viewing. Poor customer service and as such will be avoiding any properties on the market with Bradley Hall! Wasted two hours of my time travelling for this viewing.

Excellent service and support. Always got time to take my calls and answer questions. First rate service by Ria. Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be using them again.

After completing a sale of commercial property, I can wholeheartedly say that the service and professionalism provided by Bradley Hall was exceptional.

In particular Lucy Mouter who was at all times polite, diplomatic and professional. Dealing with everything, even the banana skins, impeccably and providing the confidence that Bradley Hall did indeed have my best interests at heart.

Professional and Dedicated. We were hugely impressed by the service and commitment shown by Lauren. She made the purchase of our new home happen despite a total lack of courtesy shown by one of the solicitors in the chain. She was a total credit to her company.
