SCAM SCAM SCAM
0 stars. Sent the wrong parts to begin. They say their parts are made "in house" they are made in China and terrible quality. Then I reached out to Denise to get the parts figured out. She argued with me back and forth. Told me to call the dealership to figure out the correct parts, which is there job as a parts supplier. I got ignored by her for over 2 weeks and left a 1 star review and the next day got a call back. Then talked to Alexa in customer service. She told me she would give me a refund and blackmailed me to remove my review. Then harrased me to remove it furthermore.. They called it "Goodwill" if I delete my review for a refund. I waited another week until Natalie reached out to me and tried to do the same. I deleted my review to be able to receive a refund and skip the hassle. I received a refund almost 2 months after the order was made after arguing with customer service for weeks. They have emailed me 4x to delete the review and called 4-5x to get the review deleted. Do not waste your money on this scam artist of a company. Terrible service. Terrible parts. The worst experience I have ever had with a company and I run a mechanic business and order parts on a daily basis. 0 accountability from companies like this. You have lost a lot of potential business from my shop Brakeperformance. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They're reviews are fake/illegitimate and they are liars.

We take all customer concerns seriously, and we’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. We would like to address several points in your review to ensure the situation is accurately represented for future customers.
First, all of our parts are machined in-house in our U.S. facilities, and we source or sell parts mostly made in overseas since we are a major steel importer and in large part it's an industry standard, although we are a hundred percent U.S. company which was established more than twenty years ago here in California. We stand behind the quality of our products, and we’re happy to verify production details with any customer who has questions.
Regarding the order issue, our team requested the OEM part numbers only to ensure the correct components were supplied. This step is standard practice in the industry and is intended to prevent further delays or incorrect shipments or even possible internal errors on our part, which at this point we still don't know since we haven't received your parts back, BTW we emailed you no-charge shipping labels, please ship them back for insuring the accuracy of our parts and confirming the validity of your claim.( full GOOD WILL refund was issued regardless of the outcome)
We also want to clarify that refunds are never conditional upon removing a review. At no point did our staff required that you delete your review in exchange for a refund. Our records show the parts that we shipped were for the vehicle details that you ordered and we have no history of previous issues with this part number, therefore we feel the refund is fully warranted as a GOOD WILL, which was processed through our normal customer-service procedure even we are still unsure if you ordered the correct parts. You are absolutely correct about the delay that one of our customer service reps didn't get back to you in time, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay and will certainly leave room for improvement.
We understand that delays and miscommunication can be frustrating, and we apologize if any part of the process felt unclear or slow. That is never our intention, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure a smoother experience for all customers.

Lack of pictures of hoses can cause confusion and inaccuracies
I liked the customer service. I did not like how the website does not have pictures of the actual brake hoses. I was mailed the wrong brake hose eventhough I entered my vehicle specs. After extensive research of websites with pictures I convinced customer service to sell me a different brake hose.

Amazing value for performance brake…
Amazing value for performance brake rotors and pads. I needed a new set for my 2016 Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe. OEM BMW parts are exorbitant and many aftermarket sellers did not have the correction configuration of rotor sizes that I needed. Not only did Brake Performance have them but they could be customized with several options for rotors and pads. Fitment is perfect. After some break in miles, the refreshed brakes feel so much better than before.

For my 2019 BMW 540I - I bought the zinc coated drill slotted rotors (CNC machined made to order) with ceramic pads, and I am absolutely happy with this product! First, I was a little skeptical because of price, but when compared to OEM, this product is great and the price is a great option as well. I’m Honest review so far so good, no complaints

Our truck requires a brake pad wear…
Our truck requires a brake pad wear sensor. It would be nice to offer those with the brake kit as it is a replaced with the brake pads. Or give a notice that it is needed when doing a replacement.
Other than that the parts we did get work great with great quality.

2017 Acadia
I have used Brake Performance products for years on several different vehicles, and they have never failed to be the correct part for my vehicles. Their brake rotors are phenomenal and provide enhanced braking over standard OEM products.

Long delay between placing an oder and it being shipped
After placing the order it took over a week to ship.
The reason I used Brake Performance again is because in the past, Four other cars, the response was fast on preparing my order and getting it shipped.
When I checked on the status of my order this time, who ever I talked seemed unsure of my order and when it would ship. Not a good attribute when it comes to the quality aspects of the customer supplier relationship.
I can't find the paper work for the order. I think it was sometime in October.
The three stars is for the good quality of the parts.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered front and rear rotors and pads for my 2017 Ford Focus ST and I had a problem of one the front passenger not fitting. After talking to the customer support agent, and a bit of research, I found out that one of my calipers was for a lower trim Focus which made it just slightly too small to fit the sent rotor. After I changed out that bracket everything worked perfectly.

Fast shipping, great product
Fast shipping, great product, fit on my 2021 Kia Stinger GT2 with no issues. This is my second pair after 2 years, went with the ceramic pads this time. Little squeak from them but more than likely a rock or something wedged between the pad and rotor. Over all solid product and company. I’ve used them on 4 cars now. An old Toyota Solara, a 2007 Mazda speed 3, and a 2019 Kia stinger GT1. Never had an issue with warping or cracking. Highly recommend to anyone. Be sure to follow the breaking in instructions and YouTube university is your best friend to diy and save money. Dealer wanted to charge 3 times as much for OEM…

Very knowledgeable about the rotors
Very knowledgeable about the rotors. A suggestion for improvement; if you call someone multiple times and don't get an answer send an email. I waited quite a while for the rotors because my phone kept flagging the number as spam so never checked vm until I went to clear out my inbox. Super happy with rotors once they arrived.
