I removed this app. Do Not install this app. IT IS AWEFUL!!

The app is weird. You have to connect your accounts to Walmart, Amazon, and Target for it to scan your purchases to see if you qualify for rewards but says you needs to buy more of those products to unlock those rewards. I have nearly $30 in locked rewards and am unable to cash out until I reach a minimum of $10. They do have a reward for referring other, which is $20 for referree and refferer but since the rewards are locked until future purchases are made and confirmed by the store, it's a hassel. Some of my rewards are pending because they're waiting on confirmation from Amazon but my Amazon account clearly states those orders were already delivered. I sent support a message through the app and have yet to hear back from them. After scanning my account it says I can earn more points by doing other stuff but I have not gotten credited for the surveys or the reviews I've made on some of the products I bought. I will update this review once I either get credited with the rewards and when I hear back from support.

Scam. Misleading, lying, and outright fraudulent. AVOID THIS SCAM! Do not give any info to them! Absolutely horrible! They should be investigated, shut down, and fined!!!

They locked my account and said it was under review. It's been over 2 weeks and it's still locked. When I emailed customer service no one ever responds. Horrible app don't waste your time!

What I didn't know until I decided to cash out is that they wouldn't let me cash out until I provided my credit card, drivers licence and photos of my face, VERY concerned about giving so much info. I had $50 in account so I gave the info and now my accounts won't link, keeps asking me to check my Walmart username and password. I know they are correct. If I had it to do again I would avoid this app.

Was loving this app and used everyday. Now I cant sign into my account at all. I was able to claim rewards once and then all of a sudden went to sign in and bam, wont let me sign in. I have talked to friends who also used this app and they have the same issue.

My Purchases Are Not Adding Up. Pending Is Taking Way To Long...

Don't waste your time! There's better apps! Half the time, it won't pick up purchases. I never could get my chewy account to connect. Now they're saying my account is under review for returning things, I never returned. Customer support is a joke! Most of my rewards are locked! I'm about to delete the app right after I post this review! Hopefully, I'll save someone else the headache with this warning!

Scaaaaammmm please don’t fall for those who put 5 star reviews they are either probably customer service. I’ve been buying product from Amazon and Walmart . Now I have $64 pending for ever and no one will answer your questions . I regret buying food that I don’t like . Hope they hold accountable for scamming people.

Love this app! Have cashed out almost $300. I had to change my Walmart password though and now it won’t reconnect

This company is a scam. They have a referral program that states if you refer people, you get $20 and they get $20 for linking an Amazon account with purchases. I have referred several people who have all signed up and linked accounts. I have over $200 on there, which is "locked" and am unable to do anything with it.

0 stars! Scam scam scam! Never got my rewards from July and after 5 months of messaging customer service got a reply saying “ they’ve been informed of a history of me returning items”. NEVER EVER returned 1 thing EVER!! They lie, they don’t want to pay. I contacted the BBB. Total scam

They don't pay out like they say they will. I have a payment and that has been pending for a while now. And they dont respond when you try to contact them.

Horrible. I buy things and they still say pending retailer confirmation. Some things were delivered months ago and survey rewards are about to expire. I emailed multiple times but no response. I cashed out money a month or so ago (my second cash out) but only got a portion of the money. Not sure if they charge fees for Venmo transfer?? First cash out was easy and no fees. App is hard to figure out and takes alot of effort and time.

I loved this app to help me afford to buy food. Had over $85 to be cashed out and they put my account under review, been under review for a month..of course I contacted them many times and no response....I really need my money. I'm on SS and count on this money they promised to buy food...I'm so disappointed. Please give me the money I'm owed.

Brandclub is the worst app ever!!!! I had $36.87 in my account that I could cash out. I went through the process of transferring it to my PayPal account, it seemed to have worked. But the money has never went into my account. I go back to the app to check on it and it said they are reviewing my account which is fluffing crazy. I've contacted customer service time after time with no response. This app needs to get it together or close it down, this has been going on for way too long. They are ripping a lot of people off. If they ain't gonna stand behind their word why waste everybody's time. I need for someone to contact me asap. I don't know the exact day of the problem. Once you're account is in review you can't see nothing. I have pictures to attach but it don't give me an option. Come on Brandclub you can do better than this. Fluffing get it together!!!!!!!!!!

Any time I can get money back on purchases I make is a win for me! Plus taking surveys for items I frequently purchase to get additional money back is great. Some money back is better than no money back! It’s transferred to my pay pal easily, also customer service has honored items that did not register.

Brandclub was awesome in the beginning. I really enjoyed the app. The problem started the first week in September. I had $32.00 in unlocked rewards that I cashed out. Two weeks later the cash outs still said pending. I have not received the promised money yet and my account is locked for a review. It has been locked for almost a month. I did not break any rules, I did not return any purchases or anything else to cause this. I am seeing a lot of people on Facebook that are having the same issues. No response from Customer Service.

Hi, I just joined about 1 month ago and I have “unlocked rewards” .. when I click on them to cash out .. it says it’s cashing out but does not transfer to the cash out column that shows where it is calculating/accruing to reach $10 .. it’s not moving or calculating .. my cash out button is actually not illuminated dark blue anymore either .. I have sent SO MANY texts nothing .. no responses or stupid responses that have nothing to do with the problem.. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this situation .. it appears that my screens are frozen .. some type of glitch .. I got 2 payouts already which was great and then this happened .. I’m very disappointed .. I put so much time into this .. thank you for all help or suggestions .. Michelle
