Terrible company twice bordered twice my parcel was damaged and not delivered. Phone the number. Rang out numerous times. Sent numerous email. Nothing. Still waiting on refund. That bad had to get back involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I haven’t received my parcel

My order had many missing items and has still not been resolved

Reasonably priced for the cleaning products I chose, but dreadfully slow delivery, possible not helped by Easter falling 2 days after I ordered.

I placed an order in the 13th of March and I am missing over 12 iterms i also paid for next day delivery. I have gone back and forth with the delivery company Evri. They have told me the box is missing and I should get intouch with branded household about a replacement and they would also tell them about the missing box. On the 25th of march I emailed branded household and explained that my parcel is missing and if they would replace the products that I purchased. They emailed me back and ask for a list of the missing products I sent them the list. I still have heard nothing back from them with what the next steps are or how they will help me. I am Extremely disappointed.
