Purchased a Lacoste top which has turned up and is unwearable. The top has a faded line across it and is an inferior quality to other Lacoste tops i have purchased from other shops
I have emailed the company 3 times and had no reply so it seems i have lost my money and been left with a rag to wash the windows with.

If I could’ve put 0 stars I would have! I ordered a sky blue Lacoste polo top and received turquoise Lacoste polo top which is a completely different colour and not one I wanted to keep. I sent a message reporting the error and waited for a response which never arrived despite it saying on their website that messages usually get a response within the hour. After waiting a few days I decided to try sending an email rather than using their online message service. Yet again there has been no response 2 weeks later! It is a company I most definitely will never use again and I urge others to not order from them.

It took several attempts, but faulty item replaced.

Very quick next day delivery. Product arrived boxed, rather than most companies which send in plastic bags. Great shirt and 50% off.

Placed my order on the 18th Dec, supposed to be delivered in 2/4 working days but it’s now the 23rd Dec and I’m still waiting for my order. All I’ve received is a confirmation email when I placed the order and nothing else. Ive tried emailing and also contacted the company via their ‘contact us’ page on their website, where they supposedly reply within an hour, but now it’s a full week later and I’ve still not heard anything from them despite me chasing again today. They were quick enough to take my money! Absolute cowboys, don’t waste your time and money with them!! I really wish I hadn’t! Would give zero stars if I could.

I’m now having to reclaim my money from my credit card company as I have still not heard anything from them. Absolute SCAM!! Avoid at all costs.
