Went to the Skipton store and bought a sofa for my son , because he wasn't moving for a few weeks they said it would go to their warehouse and for me to ring a week before he wanted it to arrange bringing to sofa back to Skipton for collection . I phoned last Friday as requested and said we would be there at lunchtime yesterday and was told it would be coming into store in the morning , well it wasn't there , had not even left their warehouse. My son had come from Leeds to get this sofa and had to go back empty handed , woman in shop wasn't taking any responsibility in fact she couldn't care less , MY SON offered to pick the sofa up from warehouse after he had moved his belongings only to realize after calls to the shop and traveling to Bradford that the warehouse was in Blackburn but he had been given a 'bd' post code instead of 'bb' . So at then end of the day the hire van got returned and we have now no way of getting the sofa other that paying £40 for brand interiors to deliver it (as suggested by the woman in shop)It's an absolute disgrace.Something that was not our fault and we are now expected to pay for their mistake . Shocking service !!

We recently purchased 2 settees, 2 beds and mattresses, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and 2 dining chairs. The staff are extremely helpful and the furniture is wrapped adequately when you require the delivery service.

The only thing I would say is that I did order one of the beds on line and you are not charged for delivery whereas you are when you order and pay in store and yet, it is one of the same people used by the Branch who delivers your furniture so I am unsure why you are charged delivery when you go into any of the Brand Interior Stores.

But I would highly recommend anyone to browse the stores as they have more or less all M & S stock and they are in more or less perfect condition at a fraction of the prices.

I would like to express my appreciation of the unusually high level of customer care and service provided by Brandinteriors Skipton. Days after closing a house purchase in early July, I went to the store on the recommendation of locals and ordered a bed. I had to leave the UK shortly after, returned in August and twice changed my mind on which model would suit (after the store had chased them down). The consideration, goodwill and efforts of Skipton store manager and staff to accommodate me were so far above the standard that I had to write this note.

When I read a review I want to know if the company is just there to take money or if they value custom. We recently bought furniture from Brand Interiors, the website was easy to browse and the buying process went smoothly. We had a delivery date within 24hrs then it was over to the courier and that's when the problems started. The delivery was cancelled the first time 24hrs before and again the second time so I contacted Brand Interiors; to cut a long story short 3 weeks after the delivery date our furniture arrived thanks to the continued efforts of Jennifer Hulme. Every time she contacted the courier she contacted me and kept me informed of every step to make sure the courier was contacting me as promised. I can truthfully say this company values custom and it's customer service is second to none which is what I want to know from a review, just in case things do go wrong.

Brand Interiors were £200 cheaper then anyone else online. Great customer service and support, they even answered my question on a Sunday via their Facebook page.

We now have made numerous purchases at several of the Brand Interiors Branches and have never been disappointed. Staff are so helpful and never pushy. We have been able to buy high quality furniture and also mattresses at a fraction of the usual prices.

Bought lots of furniture from the Rawtenstall Branch, which has always been fantastic quality. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. So, if you want good quality and great prices, you can't beat Brand Interiors.

I was recommended them by someone who bought cheap furniture there so went to have a look around, we couldn't find anything for us straight away but they change their stock regularly so after a few trips we managed to find the perfect sofa for us and at a decent cheap price. The trick is to keep going and don't give up if you have something in-particular in mind, also the staff are very helpful.

I always go to Brand Interiors for furniture and am never disappointed. The furniture is of an excellent quality and half the store price. The staff are always very helpful.

Always worth a look in to see what new things in stock. Good range of quality items at reasonable prices. Get on email list so get to know about occasional sales.

Having just moved into a new house we are so glad to have discovered Brand Interiors and have ended up making several visits to buy a variety of furniture, from a dining table and chairs to our bedroom furniture and then various side tables and bar stools. The staff at the Skipton store have always been extremely helpful and professional, never pushy or "hovering" for a sale. We enjoy going in for a browse to see what other bargains we can find and I have no hesitation in recommending Brand Interiors. Keep up the good work.

Purchased Alba dining set back in December, delivery went as planned, very happy with the set. Looking to buy other Alba furniture to match the set :)

Tracy and David at Rawtenstall branch,gave excellent service , knowledgeable advice .The best service nothing too much trouble, I have shopped for furniture for every room and have not been disappointed Would recommend using rather than paying big store prices . Everything about brand interiors has been excellent.Cannt recommend enough.

Jennifer was brilliant, in organising our deliveries to our new home. We had a few issues with some of the furniture, not Brand's fault, but Jennifer was very professional and managed deliveries of replacement furniture. Excellent communication to keep us informed.
