Tine mistake
Machine delivered with wrong tines. So the day I set aside to do the job was lost. However machine was collected and hollow tines fitted, and machine redelivered. After work, I found a tine embedded in the grass which had come loose.

Lawnmower broke down 10 minutes after delivery
Whilst the problem was handled quickly and well, with a prompt refund, the issue was that the petrol lawnmower that was delivered broke down and couldn't be started within 10 minutes of arrival!

Everything was explained to me how to use the equipment properly and loaded into my car.
I hired it for a day but was told it was fine to return the equipment first thing in the morning which was useful as I didn’t complete the job in hand until late evening.

Unauthorised entry
I had a floor scrubber/polisher on hire for some weeks.
Paid regularly and still needed it.
Today Brandon's driver, D Edwards from Bognor has entered my property, come into the house, and taken it.
There was no-one at home - I did not request an end-of-hire.
It is Not Acceptable to enter someone's house without permission - under any circumstances.

This corporation needs to have a long…
This corporation needs to have a long think about how they treat citizens. It’s management team, its staff members and extended board members need to take a long hard look at themselves. We have witnessed some outrageous behaviour from the firm via the staff members running deliveries for the firm. A client of ours has said how she was chased down the motor way by a crazed employee. The worst thing is that this firm has decided to omit all wrongdoing and avoid all questions asked of them. I just feel sorry for the poor children that were involved in this dangerous incident and one can only hope the police take appropriate action to stop this type of behaviour from occurring again in the future.

This company are a terrible business
This company are a terrible business. They employ dangerous drivers. Our dear friend was almost accosted by a dangerous employe named Luke who chased her with her two young baby children in the back of the car. This has been reported to the appropriate authority. Don’t use them, they don’t even care about what happened. No apologies have been sent to our friend. Such a bad business. Use another tool hire company.
