Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, I was hiring 3 wheelbarrows and a whacker plate but due to a delivery of aggregate not arriving and then last minute being told it won’t be coming for another week, it meant that the whacker plate wouldn’t be needed at that time but the guys at the Norwich branch were so good, no questions asked they moved my hire dates for no extra cost, I’m not in construction anymore, this is for a DIY project and what was quite a stressful time organising deliveries and picking things up all while working full time the staff at Brandon Hire didn’t add to the stress at all.
I’ll most definitely be hiring from here again!

Great place for tool hire
Second time using Brandon Tool hire. Happy with service on both occasions. Both hire station staff in my local branch and the call centre are helpful. Prices are reasonable with a quick comparison online. Easy to extend hire when I needed to. Will return again next I need to hire something

Exceptional service
Hired a conservatory ladder, price was cheapest by far and service was exceptional. Online process was easy. Delivery and pick up service was excellent to. Highly recommended.

Absolutely useless.
In the midst of a garden landscaping project and used Brandon to hire a medium duty rotivator and a turf cutter. Hired for 4 days from Friday 28th June till 1st July. Opted to collect both as said they would fit in a car. They didn’t. Did two trips to collect them which was a pain and when I asked about having them collected I was told not possible as someone’s off sick. To my surprise I then had a call from their central office arranging collection and to pay a fee. Didn’t expect it but happy to be collected nonetheless. Paid the £24 collection fee and was due to be collected Tuesday 2nd July. It’s now 12th July. Both have not been collected. Been calling daily and told tommorow tommorow. Feels like I’m living in Spain at times. Anyway I’ve got these massive bits of kit in the way, I’m having to move them all over the place so I can actually get things done. I also still have to make sure they are kept safe and secure and clean and tidy ready for collection. In the mean time I’ve got sleepers, fence panels, skips, 9 tonnes of type 1 coming, 30 porcelain slabs, 3 tonnes of sand, cement, 3 tonnes of top soil, cement mixers and whole lot more and I’m trying to move it all around while making sure these machines are available to be collected and not blocked in. Add to that the rotivator handle adjustment lever must of been on its last legs as it kept dropping in use and eventually broke so whether this was damaged before delivery who knows. Waiver paid for regardless. Suffice to say I definetely wouldn’t recommend this company or use them again. I’ll be using HSS or literally any other competitor for the rest of this project. At the time of writing this they still haven’t been collected, nor has there been any communication about when they will do so. Yes I could of dropped them off but I’ve been without my bigger car for a week due to mechanical issues so not really an option.

Very helpful
Very helpful, hire process very straight forward. Delivery on time and very helpful in placing item where I requested. Pick up delayed due to broken down vehicle, can't help that, but very good when arrived a few days later. First class service, will use again.
